Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports March 12:

* Joseph Clayton Tanner, 36, 2604 Pike St. Apt. 15, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kendra K. Perry, 47, 1305 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to failing to obtain a driver’s license.

* Tyler Cage Crain, 21, 13 Jones St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Fred Frank Kerby, 40, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to one year of probation, suspended for 30 days of probation. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed.

* Raymond Richard Dailey III, 25, 4321 Sayre Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to six months of probation. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed. Dailey was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Austin Nicholas Dean, 23, 1378 Hootman Road, Reynoldsburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was sentenced to six months of probation. A possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed. Dean was assessed $345.50 in court costs and fines.

* Charges of domestic battery and child abuse by a parent creating a risk of bodily injury were dismissed for Zxavian Deandre Martin, 21, Parkersburg.

* Danielle Sue Kuhens, 42, 3855 Warren Chapel Road, Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived for a shoplifting charge and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Bryan Lamar Thomas, 43, 2504 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer and shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $260 civil penalty to CVS. A charge of fleeing from an officer was dismissed. Thomas was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Joshua P. Clark, 28, 2212 36th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. Charges of failing to render fingerprints and escaping custody were dismissed.

* Robert Rupert, 50, 2580 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and no registration and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Austin Katrell Cross, 27, 104 Grandview Ave. Apt. 3, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of improper registration, no insurance, driving with a suspended license and two counts of possession of marijuana and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rita G. Sadie, 53, 1814 Plum St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of passing a school bus and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeremiah Daniel Cross, 28, 1326 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric Leon Parkins, 40, 608 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot, improper lane usage for a bicycle and no headlight for a bicycle and was released on a $700 personal recognizance bond.

* Tonya NIchole Halfhill, 44, 3309 6th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and public intoxication and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Carissa Leann Lane-Farmer, 25, 2353 Meadowview Drive, Vienna was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and bond was set at $500 surety.

* Ally Rhiann Propst, 26, 1015 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Jesse A. Morgan, 39, 1601 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports March 15:

* Max E. Rowe II, 37, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and shoplifting and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Michael Steven Kerns, 60, 8582 Wadesville Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of unlawful assault and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Mitchell Allen Parsons, 38, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dakota Lane Wilfong, 26, 3329 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew A. Smith, 35, 1306 20th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

* Troy Justin Mowery, 29, homeless, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for one year with restitution to be determined. Charges of burglary and attempted burglary were dismissed. Mowery was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kani Lamar Kashmeri Alkn, 19, 3281 Mall Creek Road, Columbus, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of fleeing from an officer and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Brian Lamar Thomas, 43, 2504 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $247.52 civil penalty to Walmart and $180 to Shoe Carnival. A charge of two counts of fleeing from an officer was dismissed. Thomas was assessed $247.52 in court costs and fines.

* Heidi Ann Ashcraft, 40, 563 1/2 6th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and fraudulently obtaining food or lodging and was sentenced to jail for seven days, served. Ashcraft was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Ralph Wayne Kerns II, 50, 904 1/2 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Elaina J. Slack-Nolen, 27, homeless, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Mary Katherine Simonton, 35, 707 45th St., Vienna, was arraigned on driving under the influence of a controlled substance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Colton R. Davis, 32, 1005 Lind St., Wheeling, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Thomas W. Stephen, 49, homeless, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kevin Joy Pryor, 62, 615 Warren Ave., Columbus, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and bond was set at $4,000 surety.

* Nicholas Allen Snider, 31, 3306 Birch St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing and two counts of shoplifting and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Sandra K. Devil, 30, 1306 Paden St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Vincent Steward Kunze, 45, 114 Oak Grove Lane, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing an assault and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Tony Allan Williamson, 32, 1230 Lakewood Circle, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jennifer Renee Smith, 43, 2202 10th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to public intoxication and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Rachael Jane Layfield, 22, 518 Columbia Ave. Apt. 3, Williamstown, pleaded no contest improper backing and a charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.

* Christopher Mark Jouver, 42, 273 Varner Road ,Walker, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $5,000 cash.

* Thomas Jenning Greathouse II, 40, 1231 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on 10 counts of forgery and 10 counts of uttering and bond was set at $10,000 surety.
