PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 26:

* Krysti Lee Johnson, 30, 804 Redhill Road Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dylan Wesley Malthaner, 18, 2609 Dutch Central Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a child abuse charge and was released on a $3,000 cash bond.

* Clinton Blair Owens, 58, 1306 Grand View Manor, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license and defective equipment and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Curtis Leon Davis Jr., 47, homeless, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Melanie Lynn Lackey, 44, 1705 Stephenson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Christian A. Stukey, 42, 3611 Rollins St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kyle Gregory Herwald, 33, 498 Stanley Mills Road, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to accidents involving damage to a vehicle and a charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed and he was assessed $1,020.25 in court costs and fines.

* Steven Mark Boise, 59, 205 Hino Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Sean Patrick Massey, 58, 39 Palhurst Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 23 hours, already served. He was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Randall C. Beatty, 57, 126 Country Lane, Walker, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and was sentenced to jail for 20 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Triastan Frederick, 21, 2993 Dutch Ridge Road Apt. 13, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no headlights after dark and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brian Allen Allman, 35, 1608 1/2 Dewey St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for nine months and was credited for 89 days served. A grand larceny charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Justin Michael Davis, 37, 1913 1/2 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Eric Lee Harmon Jr., 31, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County for failing to appear.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 27:

* Cori Levi Patterson, 24, 1012 Wolf Run, Rockport, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without a license or permit and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Paul Lewis Walker Jr., 30, 615 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to obstruction and pleaded guilty to four counts of shoplifting. Charges of trespassing and three counts of shoplifting were dismissed. He was ordered to pay a $934 civil penalty to Home Depot and was assessed $395.50 in court costs and fines. Walker was arraigned on charges of receiving and transferring stolen property and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Shawn Tant, 42, 1800 1/2 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver and a prohibited person with a firearm and is being held on a $25,000 cash bond.

* Elizabeth Ann Jennings, 35, 515 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Dillon Matthew Jamison, 28, 3707 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a strangulation charge and was released on a $30,000 surety bond.

* Melvin Lee Romeo, 43, 801 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of making and issuing worthless checks and was assessed $1,469.20 in court costs and fines.

* Kimberly Cerie Davis, 27, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to jail for 45 days, suspended for one year of probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
