PARKERSBURG — The following people have been arraigned by the Wood County Circuit Court:
In Judge J.D. Beane’s Court:
* Dustin Eugene Wright, 34, 1131 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded not guilty to charges of first- and second-degree arson, causing injury during an arson-related crime, destruction of property, burglary and unlawful entry of a building other than a dwelling. Wright is accused of setting a fire in March at an unoccupied Latrobe Street residence, resulting in injuries to two Parkersburg firefighters. Trial is set for Sept. 9.
* James Michael Montgomery, 41, 154 Berry Patch Lane, Washington, W.Va., pleaded not guilty to 21 counts of distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and two counts each of sexual abuse by a custodian and third-degree sexual assault. Trial is set for Oct. 27.
* Cody Ryan Crispen, 27, 3093 Meadville Road, Parkersburg, pleaded not guilty to charges of child abuse resulting in injury and domestic battery. Trial is set for Aug. 25.
* Nolannash David Hayes, 27, 318 20th St., Dunbar, pleaded not guilty to charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference and fleeing a police officer. Trial is set for Oct. 27.
* Natasha Dawn Lemley, 28, 91 Old Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, pleaded not guilty to charges of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny. Trial is set for Sept. 29.
* Ashley Lashai McLaughlin, 27, Regional Jail, pleaded not guilty to three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
* Tajuan Stanley, 20, Regional Jail, and Stephanie F. Cowart, 30, 1236 22nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded not guilty to three counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. His trial is set for Sept. 9.
* Jesse Charles Waggoner, 39, Regional Jail, pleaded not guilty to two counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm. Trial is set for Aug. 11.
In Judge Jason Wharton’s Court:
* Christopher William Scott Browning, 30, in custody at the Regional Jail, pleaded not guilty to charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless disregard, destruction of property and assault. Trial is set for Aug. 18.
* Brittany Morgan Carr, 32, 158 College Parkway, Parkersburg, pleaded not guilty to three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and keeping or maintaining a dwelling for the keeping of a controlled substance. Trial is set for Sept. 1.
* Ryan Vance Jeffrey, 39, Regional Jail, pleaded not guilty to three counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and second-offense delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless disregard. Trial is set for Aug. 18.
* Brandon Christopher McMillion, 27, Regional Jail, pleaded not guilty to charges of escape and fleeing a police officer. Trial is set for July 22.
* Natasia A. Smith, 28, in custody at the Regional Jail, pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Smith was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Trial is set for Aug. 18.
* James Beck, 35, in custody at the Regional Jail, pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Beck was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and third-offense shoplifting. Trial is set for Aug. 18.
* Matthew Raymond Weaver, 45, 303 Clayton St., Pennsboro, pleaded not guilty to uttering and forgery. Trial is set for Aug. 18.
