PARKERSBURG -- Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports March 11:

* Jason Lee Bartimus, 43, of 2346 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting less than $500 and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $750 personal recognizance bond.

* James Nemo Croston, 41, of 1016 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* James M. Broyles, 34, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Angela Dawn Johnson, 38, of 201 Third St., Apt. 8A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Eric Allen, 25, of 1024-2 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $500 surety bond.

* Julie Kay Hewitt, 48, of 509 Kanawha St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Nichole Amber Smarr, 35, of 467 Vaughan Road, Grantsville, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Jonah Charles Ausher, 23, of 57 Mountaineer Way, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and released on a $26,000 surety bond.

* Thomas William Joseph Gaughan, 32, of 1017 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny, no seat belt, possession of a controlled substance, fleeing on foot and fugitive from justice and bond was set at $16,000 surety.

* Glen Roger Johnson Jr., 32, of 914 Summers St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of counterfeiting and bond was set at $5,000 surety.

* Kyle Andrew Dent, 26, of 2711 Roosevelt St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* John M. Baker, 54, of 702 N. Maple St., Orleans, Ind., pleaded guilty to driving the wrong way and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* John David Barnette Jr., 23, of 1723 Forest Hills Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, failure to maintain control, following too closely, no proof of insurance and a registration violation and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* David Lee Phillips, 36, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Sandra M. Parlin, 37, of 12020 Waterford Road, Waterford, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jeffrey Joe Brown, 57, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Paul David Hanlon, 29, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $500 surety bond.

* Eric Guy Nelson, 43, of 58 Cherokee Way, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and bond was set at $5,000 surety.

* Steven Ray Neville, 46, 51 Parks Manor, Palestine, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and fined $100 and court costs and time being served on a parole violation in Kanawha County.

* A charge of counterfeiting was dismissed against David Eric West, 37, 3202 Meadowcrest, Parkersburg, on a motion by the state, which said probable cause didn't exist. A Papa John's Pizza delivery driver received a counterfeit $100 bill for payment for a pizza, the complaint said.
