PARKERSBURG -- The following cases appeared in Wood County Circuit Court on March 26:
* Meredith Miller Bauer, 41, Parkersburg, was sentenced Monday on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance and received one to 15 years in prison with credit for time served. Bauer was assessed court costs and fees.
Bauer was indicted May 18, 2017, on six counts of delivery of a controlled substance and pleaded guilty to one count on Oct. 10, 2017.
* Justin S. Roush, 23, Vincent, ws sentenced Monday on a misdemeanor count of child neglect creating risk of injury and received six months jail with credit for time served and was assessed court costs and fees.
Roush was indicted Sept. 15, 2017, on a felony charge of child neglect creating risk of injury.
* Joshua Ryan Stephens, 26, Walker, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of delivery of a controlled substance and his sentencing was scheduled for May 29.
He was arraigned Jan. 12 on charges of delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and delivery of a controlled substance.
