PARKERSBURG -- On Dec. 20 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court.
* Denter Roush, 46, 512 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a public intoxication charge and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.
* Monica J. Wilson, 21, 3403 Sixth Ave., Apt. C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while using an electronic communications device citation and was assessed a $100 fine.
* Christopher Lewis Mitchell, 35, 4321 12th Ave., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and is in custody in lieu of a $50,000 surety bond.
* William Henry Tressell II, 30, 4446 18th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a petit larceny charge, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.
* Jason Anthony Deleo, 25, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a petit larceny charge, was sentenced to one year in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.
* Dao A. Pham, 25, 900 15th Ave., Vienna, pleaded no contest to an improper registration citation and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court fees.
* Janeesa Nicole Woods, 33, 40 Ridgeview Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or less, was sentenced to eight hours and five minutes served for the DUI charge and was assessed $595.50 in fines and court fees.
* Brandon Lee Richards, 24, 1323 40th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of obstructing an officer and public intoxication and was assessed $210.24 in fines and court fees.
* Romen Zachary Vandall, 33, 21401 Ohio 676, Marietta, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.
