PARKERSBURG – On Sept. 14 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Sommer Leigh Bennett, 39, 247 Wood St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI, was sentenced to 60 days home confinement and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Racheal Ann Hinzman, 30, 705 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, heroin and cocaine, with intent to deliver and is in custody in lieu of a $200,000 bond.

* Gary Wayne Harbison, 48, 1314 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Russell Norman Hinzman, 32, 705 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, with intent to deliver and is in custody in lieu of a $200,000 bond.

* Yassir Rashan Baskerville, 31, 6858 Garden Terrace Road, Columbus, was arraigned on four charges of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with intent to deliver and is in custody in lieu of a $400,000 personal recognizance bond with 10 percent cash.

* Joseph C. Fluherty, 33, 3885 Watertown Road, Waterford, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and no registration and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Bobby Allan Finley, 33, 1805 20th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons citation, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement and was assessed $310.25 in fines and court fees.

* Bruce Johnson, 49, 338 Jefferson Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a citation for no trash pickup service and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees.

* James Alan Deems, 47, 1403 Ninth St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was assessed $470.50 in fines, restitution and court fees.

* Travis Bryan O’Neal, 24, 78 Lucky Lane, Walker, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and domestic assault and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Paul E. Hescht, 55, 2339 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for second-offense DUI and was released on a $3,000 bond.

* Everett L. Snyder, 74, pleaded no contest to a citation for driving too fast for roadway conditions and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court fees.

* Victor Allen Carver, 38, 45 Green Meadow Drive, No. 28, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a charge of second-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license and no insurance and was assessed $670.50 in fines and court fees.

* Carrie Ruthanne Richards, 55, P.O. Box 4468, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a petit larceny charge, was sentenced to six months in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $1,070.25 fines, restitution and court fees.

* Alicia Puma, 39, 417 Park Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or less, was sentenced to eight hours and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

* Michael Ray Sandy, 59, 8468 Harris Highway, Belleville, pleaded guilty to a DUI, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG – On Sept. 13 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Sean Eric Michael Terrell, 26, 1312 1/2 rear Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Christopher L. Snyder, 48, 587 Buffalo Camp Road, Salem, W.Va., was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Wayne Allen, 27, 330 Dewey Ridge Road, Walker, was arraigned on a DNR citation for no personal flotation device and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dillon Matthew Campbell, 18, 405 27th St., Vienna, was arraigned in Ritchie County for Wood County on charges of possession of a controlled substance and fraudulent use of an access device and was released on a $11,000 surety bond.

* Jessica Ann Hickman, 35, 1807 Clegg St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and no proof of insurance and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Amy Jo Romesburg, 29, 811 S. Spring St., Harrisville, was arraigned on charges of DUI and two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with 10 percent cash.

* Misti Renae Gribble, 43, 915 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension and no proof of insurance and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Amanda Rae Wilson, 29, 1616 Latrobe St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and bond was set at $75,000.

* Mark Aaron McIntyre, 34, 1342 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs. He also pleaded guilty to no child restraint and was fined $25.

* Robert Dale Goodnight Jr., 39, 1115 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and failure to render information and was released on $750 bond.

* Gina Nicole Hand, 46, 1733 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing, obstruction and failure to fingerprint and was released on $3,000 bond.

* John Andrew Daniels II, 45, 1420 30th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-offense DUI, was sentenced to nine hours and 38 minutes served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

* Cory Phillip Cox, 26, 52 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, public intoxication, battery and disorderly conduct and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Amie Jo Lukasiak, 35, 164 Lake George Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a citation for driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and first-offense DUI and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* David Ray Rice, 34, 403 Oakwood Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of transferring stolen goods, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail with credit for five hours served and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Michael Duane Robinson II, 34, 1876 South Pleasant Hills Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, disorderly conduct and three counts of battery of a police officer and was released on $4,500 bond.

* Jeffrey Adam McCutheon, 47, 1528 20th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of boating under the influence and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Jonathon Dale Ahart, 38, 251 Poplar Place, Davisville, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and was assessed $660.25 in fines and court costs.

* Nicky Lynn Goff, 44, 630 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of probation with credit for time served and was assessed $410.25 in fines and court costs. Goff also pleaded guilty to a destruction of property charge, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of probation with credit for time served and was assessed $599.55 in court costs and restitution. The sentences will run concurrently.

* Amber Dawn Powell, 33, 904 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons, second-offense shoplifting and one count of no registration and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Lawrence Bryar Burke, 21, 55 Limestone Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jonathan R. Nicholas, 20, 238 Maple Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to a failure to maintain control charge and was assessed $370.50 in fines and court fees.

* Lucas Adam Shank, 36, 2711 18th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of an interlock violation, improper registration, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Whitney Ali Lantz, 24, 4711 Seventh Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI, possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Jacob Samuel Roush, 22, 2420 McDonald Road, Vincent, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect and was released on a $10,000 bond.

* James Leslie Judie, 55, 1364 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a no operator’s license and was assessed $325.50 in fines and court fees.

* Timothy Michael Waldron, 30, 1209 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of illegal possession of wildlife and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court fees.

Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were heard in Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 31:

* Marco J. Adams, 26, of 343 Enos Loomis St., Pataskala, Ohio, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, heroin. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 76 days served and assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Patrick D. Worstell, 31, of 320 Browns Road, Marietta, was arraigned Aug. 30, on charges of first-degree robbery, identity theft, providing false information to State Police, improper registration, expired registration, no proof of registration and no insurance. Bond will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* David D. Reel, 40, of 1401 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to embezzlement, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail and assessed $240.25 in court costs and restitution.

* Robert Dale Goodnight, 59, of 1115 15th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and fleeing from an officer. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year’s unsupervised probation, and 20 hours of community service and assessed $570.50 in court costs and restitution.

* James Ray Lott, 56, of 9 Joyceville Trailer Park, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs.

* Erik Kenneth Vance, 36, of 1014 18th St., Apt. 3, Vienna, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of probation and 20 hours of community service. He was also assessed $200.25 in court costs and restitution.

* Jacob Eli Shreves, 21, of 60999 Taylor Road, Cambridge, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and carrying a deadly weapon, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year probation, and was assessed $445.50 in fines and court costs.

* Lorena Ann Carney, 28, of 31 Dulcie Ave., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to obstruction and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.

* Robert Dale Barker, 48, of 96 Layne St., Letart, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, sentenced to nine hours in jail already served and assessed $360.25.

* Robert Wayne Powell, 53, of 1858 Butchers Mill Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $460.25 in fines and court costs.

* Anthony Michael Mowery, 40, of 1614 Pearcy Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year probation and 20 hours of community service. He was also assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Melissa Jean Cook, 40, of 162 High Knob Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to joyriding and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Herman Robert Lee Cline, 35, of 1202 Lockwood St., Apt. C, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana, greater than 15 grams, with intent to deliver and is being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $35,000 bond.

* Daniel D. Morrison, 29, of Lot 29, South Park Villa, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Frederick Theodore Kalmbach, 45, of 1127 1/2 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of transferring/receiving stolen property valued at more than $1,000 and released on a $10,000 bond.

* Ralph W. Kerns II, 46, of 1504 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a sewage disposal violation and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tara Diane Collins, 29, of 204 Highland Lake Terrace, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of aggravated DUI and failure to maintain control and released on a $2,500 bond.

* William Joseph Atkinson, 36, of 130 Wakefield Drive, Washington, pleaded no contest to driving too fast for road conditions and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

* Jason Baldwin, 31, of 112 Valley Mills Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous reasons and speeding, 70 mph in a 55 mph zone, and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
