PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 3:
* Matthew Arthur Mounts, 22, 1406 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of second-degree robbery and his bond was set at $100,000.
* Lee Scott Nelson Jr., 27, 1127 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to fishing without a license and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.
* Aleisha N. Ashwell, 26, 1752 Forest Hills Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to battery and was assessed $230.25 in fines and court costs.
* Amanda S. Williams, 36, 1552 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three worthless check charges and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Austin Jacob McClure, 19, 351 Hyview Drive, Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to expired registration and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs.
* Lisa Marie Duley, 44, 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 12A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of false pretense and was released on $3,000 bond.
* Steven Allen Carson, 36, 34 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to no seat belt and was fined $25.
Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 1:
* Brian Gregory Grose, 35, of 39 Holiday Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was assessed $410.25 in fines and court costs.
* Josh Lewis Hall, 33, of 1316 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation, and assessed $160.25 in court fees.
* Zane Garrett Offenberger, 25, of 2201 Capital Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to seven hours in jail, already served, and assessed $335.25 in fines and court costs.
* Jonathan Lee Wielbruda-Mayhew, no age listed, of 74 Dewsbury Lane, Quakertown, Pa., pleaded no contest to driving too fast for roadway conditions and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.
* Coty Astin Eddy, 23, of 612 Bird St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery and no operator’s license and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation, and assessed $340.50 in fines and court costs.
* Norwood L. Spearman Jr., 54, of 477 Burnt Hill Road No. 2, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding, 41 mph in a 35 mph zone, and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs.
* Shad Michael Knight, 23, of 45 Meadowlark Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation, was assessed $160,25 in court costs and forfeited $950 to the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force.
* Jeffrey Bonnett, 35, of 50 Defiance Ave., lot 30, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving with a license revoked for DUI, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement and assessed $285.25 in fines and court costs.
* Buddy R. Quick, 76, of 948 Winston Trail, Murrells Inlet, S.C., pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone and was assessed $460.25 in fines and court costs.
* Donald William Kenney, 30, of 4424 16th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony count of fraudulent scheme and released on a $5,000 bond.
* Chaz Joseph Richards, 23, of 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 9E, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 bond.
* Ashley Dawn True, 27, of 17 Ash Circle, Davisville, was arraigned on third-offense driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Nikki McFall, 36, of 750 Ruble Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of cell phone use while driving and released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.
* Justin Joy, 20, of 405 Division St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding, 49 mph in a 45 mph zone, and assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.
* Anthony Wayne Godfrey, 40, of 978 Rowles Run Road, Mt. Zion, pleaded guilty to no seatbelt and was fined $25.
* Carla Renae Lane, 44, of 821 Fifth St., Apt. C, Marietta, pleaded no contest to speeding, 74 mph in a 70 mph zone, and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.
* Lewis Dewayne Miller, 49, of 62 Jones St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving with a license revoked for DUI and was sentenced to 30 days home confinement and assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.
* Ashanti R. Johnson, 28, of 227 North Stout St., Harrisville, was arraigned on charges of improper turn and failure to yield and released on a $500 bond.
* Seth Douglas Boggs, 29, of 1107 32nd St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to brandishing a deadly weapon and assault of an officer and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for six months probation, and six months home confinement, to be served consecutively.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 31:
* Allen A. Workman, 24, 3370 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on $500 bond.
* Jeffrey Neel Smith, 35, 166 Valentine Farm Lane, Fleming, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting less than $500 and third-offense driving under suspension and was released on $1,250 bond. He was also arraigned on two worthless check counts and was released on $1,700 bond.
* Stormy Lynn Johnson, 27, 1030 Market St., Apt. 411, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $500 bond.
* Whitney Sue Nelson, 26, 343 Hardy Heights, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of obstruction and tampering with a motor vehicle and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Adam Wesley Haught, 28, 315 Rummer Road, Marietta, was arraigned on a second-offense charge of driving under the influence and was released on $3,500 bond.
* Daniel Matthew Starcher, 30, 35 Robinette Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Bert Fletcher Price, 55, 498 West Fork Creek Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on an aggravated DUI charge and was released on $2,000 bond.
* Bradley Dunn Emerick, 19, 13 Brown Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of DUI and underage consumption and was released on $2,000 bond.
* Jared Richard Leasure, 21, P.O. Box 94, Caldwell, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on $2,000 bond.
* Jason Scott Campbell, 46, 300 Eyerman Road, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of aggravated DUI, assault of government representative, battery of government representative and obstruction and was released on $5,000 bond.
* Megan Lee Stansberry, 26, no address, was arrested on an obstruction charge and bond was set at $500.
* Kemontue Jerome Ramsey, 19, 1101 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams and was released on $500 bond.
* Corey D. Poynter, 36, 2212 36th St., Apt. Y, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Joey Dean Thomas, 26, 1301 Market St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing, petit larceny and obstruction and was released on $3,500 bond.
* Rodney Allen Hartley III, 25, 1320 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $500 bond.
* Robert Dale Goodnight Jr., 38, 3409 25th St., Apt. 17, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property, fleeing and eluding, obstruction and public intoxication and bond was set at $2,000.
* Susan Lorraine Morrow, 45, 1008 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and domestic battery and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Taylor M. Tibbs, 20, 506 Buck Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Janie Elizabeth Dawson, 34, 500 13th St., Apt. 305, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a felony charge of robbery and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Dennis Mathew Stacy, 47, 1194 Warren Chapel Road, Fleming, waived preliminary hearings on felony charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance and the cases were bound over to circuit court.
* Earl Richard Wright, 23, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a felony charge of nighttime burglary and the case was bound over to circuit court.
* Peggy A. Somerville, 52, 110 Price Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone and was assessed $190.25 in fines and court costs.
* Daniel Harold Butler, 58, 2172 Dupont Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a dumpster and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.
* Joshua Charles Johnson, 32, 3501 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined $25.
* Gregory Alan Stephens, 57, no address, was arraigned on a felony charge of third-offense domestic battery and his bond was set at $25,000.
