* Brian Scott Moore, 40, of 1255 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny, registration violation, driving on a suspended license first-offense and fleeing on foot and was assigned $4,000 bail.
* Anthony Wayne Carnes, 37, of 912 Tygart St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and assigned $1,000 bail.
* Alexander K. Weber, 31, of 2305 Deerpath Road, Bolingbrook, Ill., pleaded no contest to one charge of speeding and was assessed $165.25 in court fees.
* Shaun Nathaniel Walcutt, 40, of 65 Little Rock Road, Rockport, was arraigned on seven charges of worthless check and one charge each of driving on suspended license first-offense, possession of marijuana, no insurance, expired registration and expired motor vehicle inspection. He was assigned bail of $1,900.

* Wayne Campbell, 29, 32 Meadowbrook Acres Trailer Park, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and was bound over to circuit court.
* Jacqueline Lea Kopshina, 19, 150 Mountain Drive, Pennsboro, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 70 mph in a 65 mph zone, and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.
* David W. Wiggers, 79, 35 Ridgewood Blvd., Belpre, pleaded no contest to a no child restraint citation and was assessed $175.25 in fines and court fees.
* Owen Marshal Davis Jr., 37, 829 14th St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of use of a minor in filming sexually explicit conduct and was bound over to circuit court.
* Christopher Michael Rose, 24, 19 Blake Ave., Apt. 3D, Brooklyn, N.Y., waived a preliminary hearing on a fraudulent schemes charge and was bound over to circuit court.
* Denice Renae Shultz, 51, 506 37th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 65 mph in a 55 mph zone, and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court fees.
* Richard Allen Bell, 42, 449 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and released on a $500 bond.
* Austin Ray Cunningham, 23, 381 Veto Circle, Belpre, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Vyvanse and marijuana, and was released on a $30,000 bond.
* William Crew Schneider, 26, 725 Bird St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons, obstructing an officer and shoplifting and was released on a $1,250 bond.
* Anthony Lloyd Wolfe, 28, 1500 12th St., Apt. 203, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense DUI and was released on a $5,000 bond.
* Richard Casey Collins, 22, 5703 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of escape from home confinement, fleeing on foot, possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, and is in custody in lieu of a $26,000 bond.
* Joshua Don Martin, 35, 309 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and second-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and was released on a $500 surety bond for the driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI charge and $200 personal recognizance bond for the worthless check charge.

* Jacob M. Williams, 19, 1403 Spring St., Parkersburg, was released on $1,000 bond after being arraigned on a charge of first-offense domestic battery and entering an automobile without breaking.
* Tyler Jamison Hull, 18, 44, 2303 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, was released on $1,000 bond after being arraigned on charges of first-offense driving under the influence and underage consumption.
