* Andrew Eric Leedy, 27, 1108 Juliana St., Apt. 81, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit substance, possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, Oxycodone, possession of less than 15 grams a controlled substance, marijuana; and providing false information to the police and was in custody in lieu of a $28,500 bond.

* Jon Erik Martin, 31, 111 Dewey Ridge Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license and possession of less than 15 grams a controlled substance, marijuana, and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Cody Lee Adkins, 26, 814 Seven Pines Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charge of second-offense shoplifting and on charge of shoplifting and posted a $1,000 surety bond. He was in custody pending a hearing on a capias.

* Troy Anthony Jones, 49, 513 Caroline Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to charges of leasving the scene of an accident and failure to yield and was assessed $355.50 in fines and court fees.

* Barry Wayne Lemley, 39, 1318 20th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-offense DUI, was sentenced to six months home confinement in Richie County and was assessed $215.25 in fines and court fees.
