* Jon Erik Martin, 31, 111 Dewey Ridge Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license and possession of less than 15 grams a controlled substance, marijuana, and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Cody Lee Adkins, 26, 814 Seven Pines Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charge of second-offense shoplifting and on charge of shoplifting and posted a $1,000 surety bond. He was in custody pending a hearing on a capias.

* David Michael Kestner, 33, 199 Paul St., Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of driving under suspension and was released on $400 bond.

* Debora Dawn Henry, 41, 1307 East Poplar St., Apt. 3, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, improper motor vehicle inspection and no insurance and was released on $600 bond.

* Heather Michelle Gaspers, 27, 714 Elm St., Belpre, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and was released on $500 bond.

* Trenton Isaih Catlett-Givs, 22, 4120 13th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and obstructing and bond was set at $500.

* Kimberly Kaye Stutler, 28, 411 Crescent St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* Christopher Carson, 11068 Pond Creek Road, Rockport, pleaded no contest to a worthless check charge and was assessed $230.25 in court costs and restitution.

* Adam M. Barton, 37, 11532 Evondale Road, Thornhill, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of illegal registration, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, failure to maintain control, failure to render aid and failure to report an accident and was released on $5,000 bond.

* Matthew Stephen Daley, 24, 6403 Dupont Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of passing a school bus and was released on $500 bond.

* Alex Scott Jarvis, 23, 3525 Roseland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a registration violation and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court costs.

* Ryan Ewing, 26, 564 Ewing Ridge Road, Waverly, pleaded no contest to no motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released Oct. 30 by Wood County Magistrate Court:

* Brian Joseph Barrett, 39, 2805 26th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a DUI citation, was sentenced to 12 hours served and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court fees.

* Samuel Duwayne Ritchie II, 46, 207 Russell Ave., Sistersville, was arraigned on an aggravated DUI charge and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* John Pierre McCalister, 26, 692 Ivy Court, Akron, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* George F. Stewart Jr., 57, 114 Butternut Ave., Pomeroy, Ohio, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon Lynn Stephens, 30, 701 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a second-offense shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Mark E. Lee, 38, 694 Winding Road, Parkersburg, waived preliminary hearings on charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to operate or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and possession of precursors to methamphetamine and was bound over to circuit court.
