* Joshua David Forney, 39, 193 Fox Haven Drive, Vincent, was arraigned on a public intoxication charge and was released on $200 bond.
Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 1:
* Curtis David Travis, 60, 605 33rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling alcohol to a person under 21 years and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.
* Richard Patrick Miller II, 18, 4803 First Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of aggravated robbery in the first degree and his bond will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Heather M. Statler, 37, 910 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension and destruction of property and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Patricia Dawn Dix, 41, 149 Spruce St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence and was released on $500 bond.
* Gabriella Marie Olson, 43, 5500 13th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of no Class IV personal flotation device and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were heard in Wood County Magistrate Court on July 31:
* Jonathan W. Horrocks, 28, 61 Palmer Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned for DUI and assigned a $2,000 bond.
* Rebekka Dawn Reedy, 20, 134 East Broadway St., New Lexington, Ohio, was arraigned on two counts of receiving and transferring stolen property. She was released on $6,000 bond.
* Tom Snider, 44, 655 East Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of unemployment violation and assigned a $6,000 bond.
* Rhory Alexander Hausman, 23, 2209 Ninth Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on domestic battery and assigned a $3,00 bond.
* Troy Chandler Owens, 55, 3409 25th St., Apt. 20, Parkersburg, was arraigned for DUI and released on $3,000 bond.
* Ernest Robert Pugh, 50, Latrobe Street Mission, was arraigned on domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.
* Carl Clayton Robinson, 26, Latrobe Street Mission, was arraigned on domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.
* Jessica Renee Collins, 22, 930 Swann St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned for domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.
* Roger Tucker, 55, Parkersburg, was arraigned for obstructing and assigned a $1,000 bond.
* Brian Bennett, 35, homeless, was bound over to circuit court on charges of making terrorist threats.
