PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 30:
* Kristin Wilson, 18, 157 Dade Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of underage consumption and was released on $500 bond.
* Miranda Kaylee Bowersock, 22, 906 Lynn St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a felony charge of fraudulent use of a credit card and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Justin Scott Hines, 30, 342 Kesterson Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Carlton Roy Rash II, 23, 281 Wrexham Ave., Columbus, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance and was released on $3,000 bond.
* Christopher Layne Shaffer, 34, 241 Wolfe Run Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs.
* James R. Dornon, 19, 369 Old Turnpike Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.
* Sherry Michelle Cline, 52, 73 Mill Stream Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.
* Mark S. Webb, 55, 34 Meadow Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.
* Garret C. Butler, 19, 9 Painters Crossing, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to underage consumption and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court costs.
Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG – The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on May 29.
* Michael Anthony Allen, 53, of 3224 Rose Hill Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned for possession of a controlled substance less that 15 grams and assessed court fees of $160.25. Allen was assigned a $200 bond.
* Allen Leon Brown, 57, of 701 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on one felony charge of possession with intent to deliver of marijuana. He posted bond of $10,000 and was released.
* Brandon Monroe Brown, 28, of 701 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on one count of possession of morphine. He met his $2,000 bond and was released.
* Bo Donaway, 23, of 4211 Packard St. in Parkersburg pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams. He was assessed court fees of $160.25 and sentenced to 120 days of home confinement.
* Roy Eugene Flick, 59, of 193 East Main St., Stanley, Va., was arraigned on charges of DUI and no seatbelt. He was assigned $1,025 bond.
* Faith Renee Matson, 20, of 6856 Pike St., Apartment 5, Mineral Wells, was found guilty during a bench trial of charges of trespassing, battery of a police officer, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. She was assessed court fees of $786 and sentenced to two concurrent sentences of 12 months in jail, which were suspended for one year each of unsupervised probation and one year of anger management programs.
* Nathaniel Ray Collins, 21, of 162 Warren Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on one count of breaking and entering. His case was bound over to circuit court and he was assessed court fees of $10.
* Jessica L. Easton, 31, of 737 Beeman Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on one count of DUI and assigned a $1,000 bond.
* Ruby Irene Trembly, 44, of 904 13th St. in Parkersburg was arraigned on third offense driving on a suspended license. She was assigned a $1,000 bond.
* Christopher Hicks, 19, of 1261 Forest Hills Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one charge of possession of a controlled substance of marijuana. He was sentenced to six months of home confinement and assessed court fees of $160.25.
* Billy L. Miller, 50, of 1011 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and violation of a protective order. He was released on $3,000 bond.
* Lindsey Meredith Cochrane, 29, of 123 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of DUI and hit and run. She was released on $3,000 bond.
