BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Oct. 13:

Oct. 3

* Susan A. Rake, 40, of Marietta, was cited for expired registration.

* Logan R. Roberts, 31, of Warren, Ohio, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.

* Zachery A. Estep, 22, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a charge of abduction.

Oct. 4

* Michael D. Boone, 48, of Vienna, was cited for expired registration.

* Amanda R. Reed, 33, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.

Oct. 9

*Nathan W. Davis, 38, of Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension.

Oct. 10

* Jeremy D. Brown, 42, of Marietta, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, driving under suspension, stopped in traffic and brake light violation.

Oct. 11

* Chester G. Lockhart, 91, of Belpre, was cited for failure to yield from a private drive.
