PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 9:
* Rafael Russell Delgado, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed since the case was incorrectly charged, per a plea agreement.
* Jordan Ray Stewart, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to brandishing, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to one year of jail. A charge of trespassing in a structure or conveyance was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Richard Matthew-Paris Harmon III, 11550 Sanford Ave., Detroit, had probable cause found on a charge of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
* Jessica Nichole Wade, 196 Chateau Hills Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired registration, no proof of insurance, driving under suspension and motor vehicle inspection violation and was released on $2,000 bond.
* Sheba Francisco Mitchell, 206 ½ Highway 8, Leedsville, La., was arraigned on charges of speeding and no proof of insurance and was released on $500 bond.
* Chad Eric Bosley, 507 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Joshua Wayne Sheets, 1311 Division St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired registration, third-offense driving under suspension and expired MVI and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Douglas S. Moellendick, 1320 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired registration and expired MVI and released on $500 bond.
* Hunter David Hall, 1200 55th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of improper approach to emergency vehicle and released on $1,000 bond.
* Kerra Bryce Vicars, Reno, was arraigned on a domestic assault charge and released on $2,000 bond.
* Raymond Eugene Preston Jr., 1285 Evergreen Road, Columbus, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and transporting fentanyl into the state. Bond was set at $300,000.
* Austin John Gabritsch, 1200 11th St., Apt. 2, Vienna, was arraigned on a drug conspiracy charge, and bond was set at $100,000.
* Juan Alberto Soriano Vargas, 8050 NW Miami Court, Lot E 128, Miami, Fla., pleaded guilty to failure to signal and turning violation and assessed $362.96.
* Josey Callahan Williams, 1062 Pettyville Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Logan Michael Hinzman, 624 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $191.48.
* Wesley E. Helms, 5975 Grand Pavilion Way, Alexandria, Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Charles Robert Sommers IV, 686 Mount Walker Drive, Big Bend, W.Va., pleaded guilty to obstruction, assessed $856.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail.
* Randy Lee Cates Jr., Mineral Wells, had a domestic battery charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to an obstruction charge and assessed $226.48.
* A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed against Megan Whitney Skidmore, 2625 14th Ave., Parkersburg, following a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Charges of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate, no proof of insurance and expired motor vehicle registration were dismissed against Byron J. Moore, 4615 Eighth Ave., Vienna.
* A charge of hunting from a watercraft, auto or plane was dismissed against Caden James Francis, 50 Mountaineer Drive, Williamstown, following a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Kayla Marie Shaffer, 618 Frantz Ave., Mullens, W.Va., waived a preliminary hearing on a grand larceny charge, and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* A charge of strangulation was dismissed against Montenez Keon Gardener, 94 Lois Lane, Washington, W.Va.
* Michelle Renee Graham, 2005 20th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to battery and was assessed $276.48.
* Aubrey E. Henry, 61 Old School Lane, Fleming, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $187.48.
* Tony Lee Wright Jr., 3603 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for six months unsupervised probation. He was assessed $186.48.
* Mark Stephen Clendenin Jr., 3003 City View Drive, Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and no insurance and was assessed $602.96.
* Donna Marie Rood, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to open dumping and failure to provide proof of properly disposing of solid waste and was assessed $652.96.
* Jacob Wayne Holstein, P.O. Box 84, Surveyor, W.Va., pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $186.48 and was ordered to pay a $119.76 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.
* Joshua Adam Devere, 917 17th St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of burglary.
* Quintin Avery-William Ramirez, 185 State Route 555, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for nine months, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay restitution to Ohio Outdoors in Waverly and assessed $201.48.
* Leslie Rene Dehart-Miller, 1017 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $186.48.
* Jeremy Arden Stewart, 2043 Sams Creek Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked and was assessed $476.48.
* Sondra Lessie Quick, 1041 Toms Run Road, Spencer, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $176.48.
* Christopher Keith Simpson, 2317 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving impaired and no proof of insurance and released on a $3,500 bond.
* Elijah Zane Fickiesen, 102 Meadows Mobile Home Park, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, speeding, no proof of insurance and falsely reporting an emergency incident and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Austin Dale Leek, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and interfering with emergency communications and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Scott Robert Hickman, 15 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary. Bond was set at $100,000.
* Alandre Felix Martinez, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Cody Richard Cale, 1554 Rock Run Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of expired registration, no motor vehicle inspection sticker, driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond,
* Mindi Sue Powell, 997 Seven Pines Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of transferring/receiving stolen goods and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Aryan Bharatkumar Patel, 1801 E. 12th St., Apt. 1301, Cleveland, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone, 15 mph or more in excess, and was assessed $226.48.
* Edward Lee McComas Jr., 548 Price Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding, 83 mph in a 55 mph zone, and was assessed $196.48.
* Billey Wayne Bounds, 3601 FM 1987, Bells, Texas, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $196.48.
* Christopher Robert Farnsworth, 1750 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and was assessed $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 11:
* Michael Dwaine Mosley Jr., 1226 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under the influence; leaving the scene of an accident; striking fixtures on a highway; battery on government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement and EMS; assault of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement and EMS; and obstructing with threats of harm. He was sentenced to six months in jail and another six months suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He was also assessed $2,413.88. Three counts of battery on government representatives, etc., and one count each of refusal to submit to fingerprinting and failure to reduce speed at intersection, railroad crossing, curve or during special hazard were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed, without prejudice, against Jalen Michael Arnott, Vienna.
* Rebekah Rae Barker, 650 13th St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing on property other than structure or conveyance, was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served and was assessed $176.48.
* Jacob Andrew Johnson, 4177 East State Route 60, McConnelsville, was arraigned on charges of first-offense shoplifting and disorderly conduct and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Robert Franklin Patrick, 4318 12th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering, petit larceny and destruction of property. Bond was set at $5,000 surety.
* Taylor Marie Wright, 226 W. Ninth St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Christina Ann Atkinson, 2212 36th St., Apt. O, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault, battery of a police officer, disorderly conduct, failure to process, public intoxication and obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $6,000 surety.
* Colby Allen Ruddlesden, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child abuse resulting in injury. Bond was set at $300,000 cash.
* Gregory Ryan Barnes, 2212 36th St., Apt. O, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, disorderly conduct, assault and public intoxication. Bond was set at $4,000 surety.
* Krista Lynn McCarty, 1792 Lake Washington Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of battery on an officer, failure to fingerprint, fleeing from an officer and obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $5,000 surety.
* Kristin Lynn Bowe, 408 Rose St., St. Marys, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $186.48.
* Charles Grant Kittle, 1018-1 Cornwall St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding, 80 mph in a 55 mph zone, and was assessed $181.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without evidence of registration was dismissed after proof of registration was provided.
* Hope Raeshawn Hutson, 710 Grandview St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and was assessed $376.48. A charge of operating without a certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate was dismissed as part of a plea agreement. In a separate case, Hutson pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked and was assessed $276.48. A charge of improper registration was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Lonny Robert Carter Jr., 1868 Main St., Akron, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $196.48.
