Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 16:

* Nathaniel P. Woicinski, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of failure to appear. He was held on no bond. A hearing was set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Braylon Ray Parker, 244 W 2nd St Apt 3C, Weston, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on $5,000 cash/surety bond.

* Daniel Eugene Bivens, III, 456 Pine St, Zanesville, Ohio, was arraigned on three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (marijuana, psilocybin, LSD) and held on $60,000 surety bond.

* Trina Marie Whipkey, 492 Happy Valley Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Cidney Ann Nichols, 2586 Buckner Bend Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, transport drugs into the state and conspiracy and held on a $250,000 surety bond.

* Kevin Wayne Gardner, 2 Worthington Lane Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, transport drugs into the state and conspiracy and held on a $250,000 surety bond.

* Stephen Chaz Vansickle, 904 1/2 Hawthorn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second offense driving on a suspended license and failure to maintain control and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brayden Mattthew Ash, 604 2151 St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Drake Thompson, 208 Elder St, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired MVI and having no seatbelt and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rafael Russell Delgafo, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Nathaniel Patrick Woicinski II, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Allison Annette Smith, 715 Barclay St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Levi William Barker, 3508 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Jeremy Randall Adkins, 5107 Orchard Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of kidnapping, attempt to commit a felony and two counts of malicious or unlawful assault. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Rafael Russell Delgado, C/O 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a charge of shoplifting dismissed as he was incorrectly charged.

* Angela Michelle Proctor, 2503 Beverly St Apt 1b, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (65 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $186.48.

* Michael Virgil Naylor II, 1632 1/2 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $276.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of destruction of property was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Bryeen Michael Aurther, 2961 Harris Highway, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Paul Edwin Porter, 780 Lockhart Fork Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $226.48. He was ordered to pay a $181.13 civil penalty to Walmart.

* John Michael Mueller, 855 Peachtree St NE: Unit 2505, Atlanta. Ga., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48.

* Austin Katrell Cross, 1403 Broadway Ave. Apt 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and fined $196.48.

* Bethany Lee, 889 W. Reserve St., Dayton, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (10 mph or less in excess on highway) and fined $186.48.

* Kaylee Dawn Williams, 107 Post Mill Way Apt. 306, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 17:

* Austin Russell Ash, 3514 Burk St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Aliyah Necole Jenkins, 1104 17th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with a credit of nine days as part of another case. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed, per a plea agreement. She also pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail with a credit of nine days.

* Patience Nicole Baker, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI, fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with a credit of 10 days for time served as part of another case. A deferred sentence agreement was not successful.

* Clifford Clinton Mayo III, 111 Wooster St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of false pretense and released on $2,000 cash bond.

* Scott Andrew Bland, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic battery and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Joshua Vernon Knight, 828 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Zachary Levi Patterson, 136 Nursery Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to improper use of the center turn and fined $181.48.

* Xiaohong San, 422 Shrewsbury St., Charleston, pleaded guilty to speeding (65 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $186.48.

* Breyanna Payge Wilkerson, 609 Grandview St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and speeding (81 mph in a 55mph zone) and fined $472.96.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 18-22:

* Patience Nicole Baker, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of attempting to sneak illegal substances/materials into a corrections facility. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Frederick Lloyd Scott, 2708 New York Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to attempting to commit a misdemeanor, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation

* Amy Renee Henderson, 2552 Slate Run Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to having defective equipment, DUI (drugs), driving on a suspended license, fined $819.44 and sentenced to 60 days home confinement.

* Sara Renee Givens, 326 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $196.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on 12 months of unsupervised probation.

* Corey Frank Bonar, 447 Ranis Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to a charge of petit larceny, fined $486.48 and placed on 60 days of home confinement. He had a charge of petit larceny dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Nathaniel J. Kemper, 641 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, fined $196.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended.

* Zachary Harrison Hart, 1110 19th St., Apt. D, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Bradley Matthew Crouser, c/o 105 Brentwood Heights, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent and conspiracy to commit a felony and held on $100,000 surety bond.

* Jessica Jenette Fritts, 95 Indiana Creek Road, Harrisville, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent (two counts) and conspiracy to commit a felony and held on a $150,000 surety bond.

* Kayla Marie Shaffer, 1328 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on a $10,000 bond.

* Jordan Ray Stewart, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of transporting a controlled substance into a jail, brandishing and trespassing and held on a $6,500 surety bond.

* Meredith L. Poling, 2406 Mt Vernon Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no seatbelt and having expired registration and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashley Nicole Davis, 1802 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ruth Ann Lewis, 1006 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nichole Michele Mollohan, 501 32nd St. Lot A5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Gregory Allen Hutson Jr., 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violating a protective order and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Nathaniel Patrick Woicinski II, Vienna, was arraigned on a charges of harassment, threatening harassment by cellphone (four counts), domestic battery against someone who is 17-years-old, domestic battery against the unborn, domestic assault, unlawful restraint and held on $13,000 cash bond.

* Michael James Fittro II, 907 33rd St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and breaking and entering of an auto and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Rebekah Rae Baker, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and held on a $500 surety bond.

* Travis Matthew Chidester, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, battery of a police officer and obstruction and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Dakota Lewis Wagoner, 2600 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Christopher Cullen Cooper, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Hartford County, Maryland on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of first-degree assault charges. He was held with no bond and a hearing was set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Clifford G. Myers, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of domestic battery and released on $1,000 surety bond.

* William Aaron Adorante, 501 32nd Street Trailer B-4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Detner Roush IV, 1002 Bast 12th Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $500 surety bond.

* Anthony Ryan Perry, 2066 Buzzard Run Road, Pennsboro, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $500 surety bond.

* Tamara Ann McAllister, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 surety bond.

* Sheana Marie Woods, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 surety bond.

* Jeffrey Cole Brown, c/o 918 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, third-offense driving on a suspended license and fleeing in a vehicle and released on $1,500 surety bond.

* John Julius Smith, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of domestic battery and held on $1,000 surety bond.

* Stacey Marie Terry, 294 Scenic Hills Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI while in an impaired state with a BAC of less than .15 and released on $500 surety bond.

* Mohammed Alghefari, 377 Mackinow Ave, Fairlawn, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.

* Taylor Nicole Stockner, 1408 Isaac Fork Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to speeding (10 mph or less in excess on highway) and fined $181.48. A charge of operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.

* Darren Keith Jones, 939 Hannaman Lane, Elizabeth, pleaded no contest to having no operators license and fined $196.48.

* Mychal Sommer Schulz, 465 Silver Maple Ridge #8, Charleston, pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone (70 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $196.48.

* Robert Lee Franklin, Lot 91 Iris Drive, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense failure to register as a sex offender and held on $100,000 surety bond.

* Chad Michael Wilson, 929 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio on a charge of failure to appear and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
