Wood County Magistrate Court
PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 9:
* Loren Russell Cullum, 940 Pleasant Home Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of failure to yield and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Martin Gale Collins II, 1312 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense violating a personal safety order and held on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Megan Ann Treadway, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Meigs County, Ohio, on a charge of possession of meth with intent to deliver and was held on no bond.
* Patience Nicole Baker, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of transporting a controlled substance into the jail and held on a $75,100 cash/surety bond.
* Garry Lee Mackey, 1005 William St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of falsely reporting an emergency incident and a charge of trespassing and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Dustin Duane Pierce, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of false pretenses and released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Nevaeh F. Shumaker, 23 South Plains, Road, The Plains, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of underaged possession of alcohol and underaged consumption of alcohol and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Alexis Jean Allberry, 31 Cherry St., Richwood, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Austin Mason Adkins, 2503 Beverly St. Apt 11A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver and held on $75,000 surety bond.
* Jeremiah David Johnson, 736 Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jason James Littleton, 2354 Meadowview Lane, Parkersburg, had charges of having no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended license dismissed after proof was presented to the court and it was determined he no longer owns the vehicle.
* Kendrick Mack Stroder, 312 N. Jackson St., Springfield. Ohio, had a charge of strangulation dismissed as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue.
* Gary Dwayne Halstead, 751 Stringer Branch Road, Peytona, W.Va., had a charge of going the wrong way on a one-way street dismissed per a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Austin Lee Bailey, 247 Country Lanes, Mount Zion, W.Va., had a charge of violating an emergency protective order dismissed as the defendant was not served with the order.
* Evan Garrett Whitacre, 734 Sycamore St., Belpre, had a charge of driving a vehicle in an impaired state dismissed per a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Charles Dillon Seaford, 2321 24th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to flee from a law enforcement officer in a vehicle, obstruction with threats of harm, fined $562.96 and sentenced to 60 days in jail. A charge of child neglect was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Michael Dillon Siers, 1958 C780 Road, Cairo, W.Va., had a charge of having no operator’s license dismissed.
* Candy Rochelle Bentz, 1030 Market St. Apt. 311, Market Manor, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and shoplifting, fined $377.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She was ordered to pay a $208.36 civil penalty to a Speedway on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. Charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Nathaniel Ray Owens, 914 Laverne St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of being a prohibited person in possession of firearms for a felony controlled substance conviction. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Lee Kendall Mullins, 1034 Rector Road, Parkersburg, had a charge of petit larceny dismissed without prejudice.
* Ezra Eugene Foster Jr., 1031 32nd St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to first-offense DUI, fined $351.48 and sentenced to three days in jail.
* William Harvey Robinson III, 4 Jamestown Road, Charleston, W.Va., was found guilty of speeding in a construction zone (60 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $186.48.
* Randy Jay Ballengee, 424 Farrow Hill Road, Davisville, had a charge of financial exploitation of the elderly dismissed.
* Colton Dale Poole, 35 Opal Lane, Davisville, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and fined $276.48. He was ordered to pay a $99.92 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. A charge of second-offense shoplifting was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Brandon Michael Burdette, 218 Chesterville Road, Mineral Wells, W.Va., had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of third-offense shoplifting and fraudulent use of an access device. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Misty Dawn Hutson, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim did not appear in court.
* Earnest E Barker II, 2388 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkersburg, had a charge of battery dismissed without prejudice at the request of the victim.
* Thomas Daniel Lott, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue.
* William Gale Everett II, 8 Stella Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and indecent exposure, fined $352.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Khristian Lane Pettry, 2304 Agler Road, Columbus, Ohio, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and fined $196.48
* Anna Marie Sullo, 66 Hayes St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving too fast for roadway conditions and fined $181.48.
* Ty Joseph Willis, 1945 Winding Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48.
* NyAire Monae McCormick, 441 Bacon Ave., Akron, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone (15 mph or more in excess) and fined $196.48.
* Robert Allen Backus, 313 Kanawha Way, W.Va., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance on an access site, having an illegal vehicle on an access site and fined $452.96
* Ariel Gabrielle Rhea, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance on an access site and fined $226.48.
* Barry M. Hill, 3507 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no valid fuel/IFTA Decal and fined $226.48.
