PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 23-26:

* Heaven Ann Mounts, 2503 Beverly St. Apt 12b, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25. A charge of having no MVI was dismissed after a new MVI was presented to the court.

* Stanley S. Gordon, 2123 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a seat belt violation and was fined $25.

* Brayden Christopher Ellis, 3507 East Hwy 72, Pathfork, Ky., pleaded guilty to speeding (74 mph in a 45 mph zone) and fined $196.48.

* Megan Dawn Baron, 1252 Gihon St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to shoplifting, trespassing and fined $362.96. She was ordered to pay a $575.40 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.

* Corey Edward Tanner, 35 Parkville Drive Apt. 32, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Ezra Brian Morris, 212 Mineral Way, Parkersburg, had a charge of battery dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Matthew Scott Taylor, 717 29th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Cayden Sky Blankenship, 406 Dodge Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny, joy riding and having no operator’s license and released on a $12,000 surety bond.

* Ronnie Jay Wells, 189 Kites Run Road Left Fork, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense DUI and held on $5,000 surety bond.

* Taz Lee Stickle, 323 Mid Ave., Weston, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing with reckless indifference and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Dakota Thomas Allerton, 1622 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Julian P. Brown, 1555 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkesburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration, having no MVI sticker and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kayla D. Conley, 41 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of expired MVI and released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Ronnie Lee Lockhart Jr., 3010 Camden Ave. Apt. C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Wesley Lance Taylor, 606 Jameson St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no registration and having no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jon Edward Smith, 804 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Trina Anne Abbott, 708 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for the selling or use of a controlled substance and was held on $1,200 cash/surety bonds.

* Olivia T. Morris, 70 Thorn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, improper registration and having no insurance and released on a $300 personal recognizance bond.

* Marissa Jane Leasure, 37 Hotel Lane, Palestine, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired with a BAC of equal or greater than .15 and released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Logan Roy Lalone, 1108 Juliana St. Apt. 85, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of drag racing, reckless driving and speeding and held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Thomas Daniel Lott, 43 Mitchells Court, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of drag racing, reckless driving and speeding and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Payton Anthony Hunt, 76 Long Run Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of drag racing, reckless driving, speeding and speeding in a construction zone (over 15 mph)and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Shawn Michael Bailey, 100 Rock Run Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and held on $5,000 surety bond.

* Joseph A. Roberts, 363 Marshall Circle, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $2,000 surety bond.

* Tyanna Nicole Martin, 904 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and failure to process and held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Bryan James Barker, 2027 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 surety bond.

* Benjamin Andrew Stark, 804 W Fourth St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on $3,000 surety bond.

* Stacey Lynn Mixer, 2027 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 surety bond.

* Eric Toby Ellis Luke, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on a charge of failure to appear for a court hearing. He was held without bond.

* Cowen Hart Pennington, 24 Thorn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of attempted breaking and entering and released on $10,000 surety bond.

* Jonathan Eric Dye, 702 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license, second offense driving on a suspended license for DUI, speeding and having no MVI and released on $2,000 surety bond.

* Christopher Lee Snyder, 3017 City View Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $2,000 surety bond.
