PARKERSBURG - The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 27:
* Monica Lea Hicks, 20 Coolidge St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to breathing/inhaling intoxicating compounds, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She also has to do a year of counseling. She had a charge of breathing/inhaling intoxicating compounds dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Destiny Nevach McAfee, 1252 Gihon Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and driving on a suspended license were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Brian Shane Lent, 1410 24th St., Vienna, had charges of driving on a suspended license (two counts) and speeding dismissed without prejudice.
* Bobby Lee Tincher, 1119 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of breaking and entering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Skyler Austin Pilgram, 190 Eich Road, Fredonia, Pa., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Seth Todd Runnion-Gillespie, 4501 Whited Dr., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of torture or killing an animal. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jennifer Rae Gannon, 508 Reed St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and trespassing and held on $350 bond.
* Shanna Joy Yopp, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for the use or selling of controlled substances and was released on $10,000 bond.
* Lindsay Marie Stehly, 824 Lakeview Dr. Apt. 208B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense DUI and released on $5,000 bond.
* Brian K. Day, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of failure to register as a sex offender and held on $15,000 bond.
* Austin James Parker, 600 Sycamore Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Alexis Marcedes Barker, 1050 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of intimidation harassment and released on $5,000 bond.
* Robert Eugene Barker, 1050 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of intimidation harassment and released on $5,000 bond.
* Hilary Nichole Gaston, 1110 10th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Crystal Gale Marshall, 1103 18th St. Apt. B21, Vienna, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
* Sara Renae Givens, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, interfering with emergency communications and transporting a controlled substance into a jail and released on $3,500 bond.
* Wesley W. Cline, 718 2nd St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Alejandro Herandez Rodriguez, 4520 Cypress St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to providing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.
* Theresa I. Wright, 710 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to providing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.
* Martin Raymond Schmoldt, 17141 Woodmere Dr., Chagrin Falls, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48.
* Amber M. Riggleman, 940 Williams St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to providing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.
