July 14
* Brian M. Mason of Hillsboro was arrested on charges of first-offense shoplifting and fleeing.
July 30
* Anthony C. Smith, homeless, was arrested on a charge of third-offense shoplifting.
Aug. 2
* Anthony S. Maccumbee of Parkersburg was arrested on a shoplifting charge.
Aug. 5
* Michelle R. West of Parkersburg was arrested on charges of no registration, no inspection, driving on a suspended license and defective equipment.
Aug. 6
* Leah R. Schmidt of Lewisburg was arrested on charges of first-offense driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, registration to be signed, conspiracy and forging/uttering.
