PARKERSBURG -- The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Dec. 28:
* Regina Star Smith, 38, 2801 Emerson Ave. Apt. 10, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to beer sales to people under 21 years of age.
* Lisa Dianne Layner, 64, 1076 Meldahl Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and was assessed $200.25 in court costs and fines.
* Joseph Byron Cain, 35, 1128 46th St., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for a burglary charge.
* Travon Brandon-Dkai McBride, 19, 1469 Minson Way, Akron, had a preliminary hearing waived for possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver.
* Jennifer Lynn Bennett, 45, 1802 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a shoplifting charge.
* Alicia Renae Reese, 36, 77 Millbranch Road, Belpre, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of fraudulent activity in connection with an access device.
* Joshua Joseph McCune, 37, 1315 Wells Circle, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of entry of building.
* Diana Lynn Corbin, 41, 50 Marie Lane, Washington, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* James Thomas Valentine, 55, 608 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jennifer Renea Ezell, 39, 1472 Braun Road, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving impaired with a minor, failure to fingerprint and assault of emergency personnel and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Jennifer Nicole Winter, 36, 1602 Core Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
