PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 17:

* Cameron K. Varney, 26, 1016 Lions Club Road, Wendell NC, pleaded no contest to speeding.

* Michelle Lynn Eader, 48, 1713 Park St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Charges of domestic battery and two counts of wanton endangerment were dismissed for Matthew Ryan Hunt, 33, 802 7th St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg; the alleged victim did not appear.

* Dakota L. Hiley, 28, 710 Starr Ave., Harrisville, had a preliminary hearing waived for fraudulent use in connection with an access device.

* Michael James Matheny, 35, 1610 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric Kevin Cullum II, 30, 1205 Poplar Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving suspended and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Robert Wilson, 39, 4218 Lincoln Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, littering, driving left of center, trespassing, failure to maintain control, driving with a suspended license and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Amanda Kay Smith, 31, 67 Boone St., Walker, was arraigned on a charge of an expired inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Hope Raeshawn Hutson, 22, 306 Berry St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third offense shoplifting and was released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Zachary Charles Powell, 36, 134 Marie St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of transporting fentanyl and was released on a $15,000 surety bond.

* Gabriel Lesley Landis, 37, 1702 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license, third offense, and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Daniel Blake Debellis, 38, 1020 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dana Lynn Miller, 36, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on bond.

* Jennifer Lynn Bennett, 45, 1802 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third offense shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $4,100 surety bond.

PARKERSBURG – The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 21:

* Austin Walker Cain, 22, 16 Pocahontas Ave., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was sentenced to jail for 5 days, credited for good time.

* Charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license were dismissed for Andrew Dylan Spencer, 24, 260 Paddock Green Drive, Parkersburg.

* Christopher Andrew Spiker, 27, 79 Falls St., Williamstown, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

* Clyde D. Cady, 66, 4131 North Montier Ave., Chicago Ill., pleaded no contest to speeding in a work zone; he paid court costs and fines by mail.

* Britnie D. Norman, 32, 3850 Central Ave. Apt. 25, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to charges of no inspection and no insurance and was assessed $545.50 in court costs and fines.

* Ashley Ann Kawezynski, 31, 79 Lantana Lane Lot 42, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and speeding and was assessed $460.50 in court costs and fines.

* Glen Paul Siegrist, 33, 1234 22nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Elijah Christopher Nelson, 20, 2606 Lincoln Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of two counts of providing false information to state troopers and destruction of property and bond was set at $1,500 surety.

* Kevin Leroy Swiger, 36, 1319 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Trey Austin Vierling, 19, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Chad Erick Bosley, 47, homeless, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing and trespassing and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Larry Gene Munday, 56, 677 River Hill Road, Washington, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and an aggravated driving under the influence charge. He was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Trey Robert Rice, 24, 5999 North Torch Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Pamela Jane Harker, 55, 711 Thomas St., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of an expired registration and defective equipment and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Chasity Hope Gibson, 29, 5022 1/2 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, served. A charge of fleeing from an officer was dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
