WILLIAMSTOWN -- The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports on May 27:
May 21
* Ted Matthew Tofaute, 42, Williamstown, was arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of heroin. Tofaute was processed at headquarters and confined to the Division of Corrections before being arraigned at Wood County Magistrate Court and released on bond.
* Brittany Science, 22, Marietta, was cited for a cell phone violation and driving on a suspended license on Highland Avenue.
* Troy Wood, 57, Parkersburg, was cited for speed 70/55 on Route 14.
May 24
* Charla Nau, 41, Marietta, was cited for speed 61/45 on West Third Street.
May 25
* Leonardo Garduno, 43, Jefferson City, Tenn., was cited for speed 43/25 on Highland Avenue.
* Shelley Scott, 47, Williamstown, was cited for failure to obey traffic control device at Poplar Avenue/West Third Street.
* Officers served a DV order in the 400 block of Henderson Avenue.
May 26
* Dance Grahame, 19, Marietta, was cited for possession of marijuana on Victoria Avenue.
