PARKERSBUG -- The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on Aug. 13:
April 9
• Herbert Bess, 49, of Parkersburg, was arrested on on a parole violation, disorderly conduct, destruction of property and battery.
• Jonathon Godwin, 37, of Evans, W.Va., was arrested on a warrant.
• Erica Wall, 41, of Vienna, was arrested for fugitive from justice.
Officers responded to Latrobe Street for a vehicle entry.
Officers responded to Walmart and cited Rebecca Lancaster for shoplifting.
April 10:
• Christopher Posey, 37, of Parkersburg, was arrested for DUI.
• Gary Hoeft, 37, of Parkersburg, was arrested for third-offense driving suspended, no insurance and improper registration.
• Indica Riel, 19, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a warrant.
April 11:
• Kyle Kent, 28, of Parkersburg, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
• Officers spoke with complainant about a larceny.
• Officers responded to Locust Street for the fraudulent use of a credit card.
• Officers responded to Walmart and cited Johnny Carter for shoplifting.
• Officers responded to Market Street for a vandalism.
• Officers responded to Myrtle Street for a vehicle entry.
• Officers responded to City Park for a destruction of property.
• Officers responded to Seventh Street for a destruction of property.
• From April 9-11, officers responded to 10 motor vehicle accidents.
