PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 25:

* David Richard Pierce, 70, 2325 Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding.

* Anthony Lee Givens, 32, 1110 Edwin St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and failure to sign registration card and was assessed $450.50 in court costs and fines.

* Jessica Jo McGee, 33, 1320 19th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to obstructing and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Travis Allen Scarbrough, 22, 71 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and seven counts of violation of a protective order and was released on a $11,000 bond.

* Taylor Brooke Stansverry, 29, 2 Worthington Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Clayton Edison Weaver, 46, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and bond was set at $500 surety.

* Richard Todd Jones, 27, 137 10th Ave., South Charleston, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Jamie Lynn Lyons, 43, 1103 18th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to obtaining money, property and services by false pretenses and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation. She was ordered to pay $565.97 in restitution to Piggly Wiggly and was assessed $736.22 in court costs and fines.

* Russell Lee Traugh, 38, c/o 1905 Plum St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Bryanna Michel Sabatino, 34, 826 Ashby Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty and was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

* Megan Rac Wise, 33, 301 Maple Shades Court, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay $355.50 civil penalty to Walmart and was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

* Rocky Allen Lancaster, 56, 295 Sharon Street Lot 1, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to a prohibited person with a firearm and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 30:

* Ryan C. Mullen, 36, 1465 Kites Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to operation without inspection and was assessed $351.00 in court costs and fines.

* Brian Keith Cox, 52, 612 Jameson St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a no seatbelt charge and was assessed $25 in court costs and fines.

* Kady Ann Lindimore, 24, 2111 Miller Ave., Belpre, pleaded no contest to speeding.

* Codi Collins, 27, 1329 1/2 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Scotty Clarence Shell, 49, 1007 23rd St. Apt. 3, Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding and a no insurance charge was dismissed. He assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jordan A. Erick, 18, 14 Forthyia Ave., Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and a no insurance charge was dismissed. They were assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Randall D. Kaufman, 24, 2213 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding.

* Greg Warner Bradshaw, 57, Vienna, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Seth Wayne Dailey, 20, 1720 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and public intoxication and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Robert J. Ransom, 35, 436 Sixth Street, Traverse City Mich., was arraigned on charges of brandishing, obstructing, failure to maintain control, following too closely and stopping and standing/parking and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

* Allen Dewitt Thomas III, 32, 925 Orchard St., Charleston, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Travis Burr Collins, 44, homeless, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license and two counts of obstruction and bond was set at $1,500.

* Jared Daniel Tice, 37, 157 Larkmead Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of hunting without a license, illegal possession of a 10-point deer and a loaded firearm on an ATV. He was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Stephen Ray Gray, 39, 65 Oregon Drive, Vienna, last known address, was arraigned on a destruction of property and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Brandon L. Reynolds, 19, 4317 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery and destruction of property and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* Emily Hope Suttle, 33, 1414 20th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Alan Dale Moody, 42, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Thomas Laquay Eanes, 30, 513 McCulloch Drive, Beckley, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Bernard Clyde Lemley Jr., 37, 2519 Jericho Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 30 days and was credited for 10 days served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Justin Allen Nutter, 37, 4012 4th Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of escape or attempt to escape from custody and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* James Grant Zirkle, 32, 880 Lucas Road, Shinnston, had a preliminary hearing waived for a shoplifting charge.
