• Dexter Marks, 31, of Parkersburg was arrested on Nov. 23 on a Circuit Clerk capias and Possession of Controlled Substance.
• Jeffrey A. Ball, 38 of Parkersburg was arrested Nov. 23 for obstructing.
• On Nov. 23, officers responded to the area of Garfield Avenue for a breaking and entering.
• On Nov. 23, officers responded to the area of 16th Street for a destruction of property.
• On Nov. 23, officers responded to the area of Spring Street for a destruction of property.
• On Nov. 23, officers responded to the area of 17th Street for a petit larceny.
• On Nov. 23, officers spoke with an complainant for a fraudulent use of a credit card.
