Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following reports Dec. 16:

* Kenneth Allen Bay, 31, 904 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Paul Matthew Bailey, 20, 2525 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of underage consumption, public intoxication, two charges of obstructing an officer, littering and destruction of property and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Phillip Wayne Thompson, 42, 503 Cherry Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and was held on a $2,500 bond.

* Jennifer Lynn Vincent, 40, 407 Ave., Charleston, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Colton Reid Davis, 31, 9 Lexington Park Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, meth, without a prescription and was held on a $500 surety bond.

* Christopher Jackson Gilbert, 32, 2417 Highland Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protection order and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles Francis Hardin, 50, 1203 16th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession of wildlife, failure to check wildlife, hunting from motor vehicle and shouting from a public roadway and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Richard Allen Tucker, 38, 1806 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, DUI and no proof of insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Lee Brogan Jr., 57, 3000 29th St., Apt. 4, Parkerburg, was arraigned on a charge of a domestic violence bond violation and was held on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Dakota Acares, 25, 173 Riverview Estates Lot #36, St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and second-offense shoplifting and was held on a $500 surety bond.

* Tyler Michael Ludwig, 31, 400 Walnut Grove, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and obstructing and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kadie Lynn Harding, 26, 76 Cow Run Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and was held on a $500 bond.

* Brian Joseph Frame, 33, 76 Cow Run Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and was held on a $500 surety bond.

* Michael Dale Cain, 44, 702 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of protective order and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kisha D. Drain, 30, 2309 Belmont Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Mark Alan Bennett, 50, 1105 15th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of an expired inspection sticker and was released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.

* James Scott Goodnow, 48, 309 W. Fifth St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a revoked license and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Rae Lynn Burdette, 49, 2409 Kennedy Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an assault charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rodney Michael Johnson, 33, 2210 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Eric Shawn Price, 44, 162 Northwood Terrace, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Wood Sheriff

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports Dec. 12:

* From Dec. 9-11, the Wood County Sheriff’s Office answered 180 calls including seven traffic stops, eight area checks, four warrant services, 14 complaints by phone, three intrusion alarms, two animal complaints, 12 motor vehicle accidents, four disorderly motorists and three mental hygiene orders.

* On Dec. 9, Mark Edward Lee, 42, of Winding Road, was issued a citation for no insurance, expired registration and fraudulent motor vehicle inspection.

* On Dec. 9, a deputy responded to Campbell Drive in reference to a larceny from a vehicle. The complainant reported that she had forgotten to lock her state owned vehicle and someone had gotten inside and removed a black pencil bag containing her state fuel card, mileage log, vehicle registration and insurance card.

* On Dec. 9, a deputy responded to the area of Forest Hills Road and U.S. 50 in reference to a vehicle crash. Upon arrival Fire and EMS were on scene looking at the vehicle. The driver stated that the road was very slippery and he lost control striking a tree. The driver stated he had no injuries.

* On Dec. 9, Travis Lloyd Cunningham, 35, of 24th Street, was issued a citation for possession of a controlled substance.

* On Dec. 9, Crystal Dawn Westfall, 41, of Buzzards Glory Road, New Lexington, Ohio, was arrested on a family court capias for failure to pay court ordered child support.

* On Dec. 10, a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle and the driver, Shawn Randall Britton, 30, of Marion Street, Marietta, was issued a citation for third-offense driving on suspended and a passenger in the vehicle, Carrie Sue Britton, 33, of Ridgewood Drive, Marietta, was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice as she was wanted with full extradition out of Athens County, Ohio.

* On Dec. 10, Jeffrey Allen Enoch Jr., 19, of Lincolnshire Drive, turned himself in on a warrant for charges of assault and battery.

* On Dec. 10, Jennifer Rose Efaw, 39, of Eighth Avenue, was arrested on a family court capias for failure to appear. She was confined until a hearing could be set with a family court judge.

* On Dec. 11, a deputy spoke with a complainant by phone in reference to someone stealing her vehicle. The complainant reported that the vehicle had broken down on Dec. 6 on U.S. 50 near Mountwood Park and on this date had gone back to put a battery on it and the vehicle was gone. The complainant had contacted tow companies and the West Virginia State Police; however, the vehicle had not been towed. The investigation is ongoing.

* On Dec. 11, deputies responded to Pike Street in Mineral Wells in reference to a domestic altercation involving two females. Both females were intoxicated with one having been bitten on the hand by the other; she refused any medical treatment by EMS. Destiny Spirit Lott-Berry, 27, Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Sheriff’s Department released the following reports on Dec. 16:

* From Dec. 12-15 the department answered 193 calls: eight traffic stops, five area checks, one warrant service, 15 complaints by phone, 13 intrusion alarms, six domestic in progress, 15 motor vehicle accidents, five assist motorists and five mental hygiene orders.

* On Dec. 12, deputies responded to an intrusion alarm at PKB RV located on Sams Creek Road. The deputy observed a window having been broken out at which time a key holder arrived and both checked the interior of the business locating a television and a computer monitor as being moved. Upon a check of the campers, one was found to have been entered with a television missing and damage to the cabinet.

* On Dec. 12, a deputy responded to Lake Washington Road for a burglary. The complainant reported that upon returning to the residence they observed that bricks had been thrown through the window and the door had been kicked in.

* On Dec. 12, Kadie Lynn Harding, 26, Cow Run Road, Elizabeth, was arrested on charges of obstructing and a warrant as a parole absconder for the offense of child neglect creating risk of injury. Brian Joseph Frame, 33, of Cow Run Road, Elizabeth, was also arrested on charges of obstructing.

* On Dec. 13, a deputy responded to Southern Highway for a breaking and entering that had already occurred. The complainant reported that she had arrived at the farmhouse on this date and observed the screen doors to be ajar. Upon opening the door it appeared that unknown persons had entered and removed several items, including tools, a deer camera, silverware and several other items.

* On Dec. 13, a deputy spoke with the complainant who reported that she is employed at the Travel Lodge and had left her I-Pad in one of the rooms and someone had taken it out of the box and the charger.

* On Dec. 14, a deputy responded to Harris Highway for a single-vehicle crash. The driver had missed the driveway and drove his vehicle into a field becoming stuck in the mud. No visible damage and a tow truck responded getting the vehicle back onto the roadway.

* On Dec. 15, Paul Matthew Bailey, 20, Rock Run Road, Walker, was arrested on charges of underage consumption, public intoxication, two counts of obstructing, littering and destruction of property.

* On Dec. 15, deputies responded to Winding Road for a domestic in progress. Terry Lee Haymaker, 42, of Winding Road was arrested on charges of domestic battery.

Williamstown Police

WILLIAMSTOWN – The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports on Dec. 16:

Dec. 10

* Carleton Diveley, 19, Parkersburg, was cited for speed 53/35 on West Third Street.

* Isiah Edrosolam, 22, Marietta, was cited for speed 51/35 on West Third Street.

Dec. 11

* Jordan Bro, 26, Marietta, was cited for speed 51/35 and possession of marijuana on West Third Street.

* Katrina Christ, 50, Vienna, was cited for speed 49/35 on West Third Street.

Dec. 12

* Josie Vincent, 19, Parkersburg, was cited for texting while driving on W.Va. 14.

* George Diaz Jr., 45, Ellenwood, Ga, was cited for texting while driving on West Third Street.

Dec. 13

* Kayleigh Oates, 33, Williamstown, was cited for failure to transfer operator’s license and failure to obtain West Virginia registration on Highland Avenue.

Dec. 14

* Benjamin Goodnow, 19, Parkersburg, was cited for a red light violation at Henderson Avenue at West Third Street.

Dec. 15

* Jennifer Vincent, 40 Charleston, was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on Route 14 for an illegal left turn from Poplar Avenue. Officer noticed signs of intoxication and Vincent was arrested for DUI. Vincent was processed on charge where BAC later tested .105. Vincent was placed in the WV Department of Corrections. Vincent was later arraigned at Wood County Magistrate Court and released on $2,500 bond.

* James Scott Goodnow, 48, Williamstown, was arrested on a warrant for driving on a license revoked for DUI. Goodnow was placed in the Department of Corrections. Goodnow was later arraigned at Wood County Magistrate Court and released on $1,000 bond.

* Arica Rich, 23, Caldwell, was cited for speed 39/25 on Highland Avenue.
