Paul A. Blough Jr. and Denise M. Blough of Parkersburg announce the birth of their son, Grayson Alan Blough.

He was born 8:04 a.m. March 13, at Camden Clark Medical Center, weighing 8 pounds 12 ounces and was 21.5 inches in length.
