Picture This: New assistant Wood County prosecutor sworn in

PARKERSBURG – Wood County Commission President Blair Couch, right, administers the oath of office to new Wood County Assistant Prosecutor Michael Farnsworth during Monday’s commission meeting. The meeting’s agenda was light, although commissioners did speak with Assessor John Kelly in executive session over the financial issues in his office. No decisions were made afterward, Couch said.
