PARKERSBURG - The Wood County Prosecutor's Office announced Friday the indictments of 96 individuals by the grand jury.
Information on three suspects - Claudia Torres, 20, charged with murder and wanton endangerment involving a firearm; Brian Ray Donze, 52, 10 counts of first-degree sexual assault, 18 counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust, eight counts of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct; and Thomas Edward Carpenter, 54, five counts of second-degree sexual assault, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and seven counts of sexual assault by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust - appeared in Sunday's edition.
The other individuals indicted were:
* Austin Mason Adkins, 28, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail; three counts of second-offense delivery of a controlled substance and one count each of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, second-offense conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and second-offense maintaining a dwelling for using, keeping or selling of controlled substances, all from February to March. Co-defendant Brandy Nichole Bills, 41, 1016 Cornwell St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; and maintaining a dwelling for using, keeping or selling of controlled substances, from March.
* Khalil Rashad Alexander, 28, North Central Regional Jail; three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and three counts of transportation of a controlled substance into the state from May.
* Christopher Bailey, 54, 2402 Lynn St., Parkersburg; two counts of failure to register from April.
* Mitchell Bailey, 36, 246 Tanner Lane, Walker; three counts of second-offense failure to provide notice of registration changes from April.
* Paul Thomas Bean Jr., 50, 1058 River Hill Road, Apt. 4, Washington, W.Va.; two counts second-offense two counts failure to provide notice of registration changes from May.
* Charles Paul Beaver, 21, 3611 Rollins St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, and Zoey Whisper Ann Prichard, 24, 96 Blue Jay Lane, Jumping Branch , W.Va.; were both charged with child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury from July.
* Andrew Riley Beha, 29, 1309 Plum St., Parkersburg; nine counts distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct from May.
* Mariha Mikeal Berry, 35, 1905 15th Ave., Parkersburg; two counts of malicious assault, two counts battery of law-enforcement and one count of battery from July.
* Gene Thomas Bohone, 40, 2134 17th St, Parkersburg; use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor and three counts of failure to provide notice of registration changes from April.
* Steven James Boose, 36, North Central Regional Jail; soliciting a minor via computer and traveling to engage the minor in prohibited sexual activity and seven counts of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor from October and November 2025.
* Otis Miseal Brewster, 47, 1618 Beaver St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg; second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and second-offense maintaining a dwelling for using, keeping or selling of controlled substances from July 2025.
* Sonte Coventry Butler, aka Eric Brown, 52, St. Marys Correctional Center, three counts second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from November 2025.
* Michael Bryan Cales, 39, North Central Regional Jail; four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count each for being a person prohibited from possessing a firearm and fleeing from a police officer from June.
* Wayne Campbell, 39, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail; possession of a stolen vehicle and failure to appear from April.
* John Emmett Caplinger, 52, 1508 Boulevard Drive, Belpre; destruction of property from May.
* Roger Blaine Carpenter, 59, 1406 Murdoch Ave., Apt. 4, Parkersburg; seven counts of second-offense failure to provide notice of registration changes from May.
* Danielle Marie Catron, 43, 1013 Tefft St., Parkersburg; 24 counts of fraudulent use of an access device from April to May 2026.
* David Elwood Chaney, 48, 3211 Elm St., Parkersburg; malicious assault, domestic battery, obstructing an officer and destruction of property from January.
* Lavontez Samuel Chisolm, 20, North Central Regional Jail; three counts wanton endangerment involving a firearm, two counts domestic battery, two counts child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious or bodily injury and one count each for kidnapping, strangulation, malicious assault, violation of a protective order, being a person prohibited from possessing a firearm and child neglect creating risk of bodily injury from April to July.
* Tyronne Lowarner Conley, 53, 307 Seven Pines Road, Mineral Wells; three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling for using, keeping or selling of controlled substances from April to June.
* Justin Michael Dalrymple, 37, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail; breaking and entering and grand larceny from June.
* William Legarette Densmore, 27, 1202 19th St., Apt. 4, Vienna; three counts delivery of a controlled substance from January.
* Jakob Wesley Eastham, 22, Pinecrest Road, Macfarland; burglary, assault and destruction of property from August.
* Manuel L. Ellis, 32, North Central Regional Jail; two counts of failure to register from April.
* Jeffrey Allen Enoch, 26, 369 Lincolnshire Drive, Parkersburg; fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference and fleeing from an officer in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs from June 2024.
* Cordel Douglas Farr, 23, North Central Regional Jail; child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury, child neglect causing serious bodily injury and domestic battery from May.
* Calvin L. Ferrell, 70, 2805 Birch St., Lot 25, Parkersburg; two counts of second-offense failure to provide notice of registration changes and failure to register from April 2026.
* Kevin Michael Figueroa, no age or address given; burglary, destruction of property, petit larceny from February.
* Jacqueline Gabrielle Fisher, 37, North Central Regional Jail; burglary, grand larceny, receiving or transferring stolen goods and battery of a law enforcement officer from May.
* Joseph C. Flaherty, 43, 24631 State Route 26, New Matamoras; two counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm from April.
* Damackus Timothy Frazier-Salaam, 19, North Central Regional Jail; three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts of conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of obstructing an officer from June.
* David A. Full, 61, 100 Kemper St. Apt. 12, Parkersburg; two counts failure to register from October 2025 to April.
* Jaleeo Imon George, 24, 2172 Century Drive, Columbus; eight counts second-offense delivery of a controlled substance, eight counts second-offense conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance and two counts second-offense drug kingpin from January to February. Co-defendent Nicholas Jordan Isner, 37, North Central Regional Jail; five counts second-offense delivery of a controlled substance, five counts second-offense conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance, three counts second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, three counts second-offense conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance and one count of persons prohibited from possessing a firearm from January to February. Co-defendent Carl Edward Porter, 43, 1773 Jesterville Road, Vienna; delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from February 2026.
* Aaron Shawn Gibbs, 57, 507 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg; two counts of delivery of a controlled substance from September to October 2025.
* Dorothy May Gibson, 57, 1511 15th Ave., Parkersburg; failure to provide notice of registration changes from May.
* Christen Alexander Hall, 24, 905 Lynn St., Parkersburg; 13 counts wanton endangerment involving a firearm from April.
* James Edward Hall Jr., 51, Beckley Correction Center, three counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and second-offense drug delivery resulting in death.
* Caleb Wayne Hart, 36, 2500 Broadway Extension, Parkersburg; three counts of being a person prohibited from possessing a firearm from August 2022 to September 2024.
* James Michael Hayes, 35, 2306 Cherry Ave., Parkersburg; second-offense possession of a controlled substance, being a person prohibited from possessing a firearm, second-offense maintaining a dwelling for using and keeping or selling of controlled substances from December to April.
* Kenneth A. Hutson, 46, Salem Correctional Center; second-offense failure to provide notice of registration changes from April.
* Aimee L. Isaac, 41, 391 Elizabeth St., Nelsonville; two counts grand larceny and fraudulent schemes from July 2023 to July 2025.
* Elijah Tyrell Jefferson, 19, North Central Regional Jail; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, 5 or more grams of fentanyl, and transportation of controlled substance into the state, 5 or more grams of fentanyl.
* Zachary Alan Johnson, 26, 906 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg; one count each of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference; fleeing from an officer in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances and drugs; driving a vehicle while impaired; child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury; and obstructing an officer from May.
* Anthony Charles Kraus, 20, 108 North Fourth St., Duquesne, Pa.; three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from April to May 2025.
* Michael Anthony Laurnoff, 62, North Central Regional Jail; burglary, petit larceny and obstructing an officer from April.
* Deonte JuJuan Lindsey, 40, 2203 Ninth Ave., Apt. 12, Vienna; person prohibited from possessing a firearm and obstructing an officer from February.
* Tera Sue Lively, 41, North Central Regional Jail; person prohibited from possessing a firearm from May.
* Roger Dale Logston Jr., aka Roger Dale Logston, 53, 1505 20th St., Parkersburg; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, person prohibited from possessing a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, keeping or maintaining a dwelling for the keeping of a controlled substance from May.
* Sony Carlos Love, 44, 15905, State Route 821, Macksburg, and Tyler Aarron Bass, 26, 100 Lewis Pointe Drive, Vincent; four counts each of destruction of property and one count each of breaking and entering, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony, petit larceny and conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor from May to June.
* Heather Dawn Lucas, 47, 907-A Pike St., Parkersburg; one count each of grand larceny and third-offense shoplifting from August 2025.
* Camryn Cheviase McCallister, 19, North Central Regional Jail; two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and transportation of controlled substances into the state from April.
* Ocean Rain McDay, 28, 800 Kromer Ave., Akron; grand larceny, third-offense shoplifting and conspiracy to commit a felony from October 2025.
* Timothy James Middleton, 25, 2604 Pike St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg; child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury and failure to appear from March 2021 to August 2022.

Nelson III, 42, 1501 Cale St., Parkersburg; two counts of assault and one count each for prohibited violation of an individual's civil rights, battery, obstructing an officer, battery on a law enforcement officer, assault on a healthcare worker, retaliation against a public official and battery on a health care worker from December.
* John Allen Nelson, 39, 1410 Covert St., Parkersburg; failure to provide notice of registration changes from March to May.
* Joseph Trey Nicholson, 42, North Central Regional Jail; first-degree robbery, burglary, destruction of property, domestic battery, conspiracy to commit a felony, conspiracy to commit malicious assault, conspiracy to commit arson in the third degree and fourth-degree arson from October to May. Co-defendent Tanya Lynn Parsons, 40, 306 30th St, Vienna, intimidation of a witness, conspiracy to commit a felony, conspiracy to commit malicious assault, conspiracy to commit arson in the third-degree and fourth-degree arson from May.
* Tyler Edward Parr, 33, 2408 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count each of drug delivery resulting in death and conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from July 2025 to March 2026. Co-defendent Donavan Lyle Suttle, 39, second-offense drug delivery resulting in death, second-offense delivery of a controlled substance and second-offense conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from July 2025.
* Mayank Patel, 55, Parkersburg; strangulation, malicious assault and domestic battery from May.
* Brian Tyler Penn, 25, first-degree sexual abuse and domestic battery from July.
* Jennifer Lynn Pfalzgraf, 33, 96 Fenton Lane, Williamstown, three counts of attempted malicious assault and one count of destruction of property.
* Kevin Phillip Ramey, 62, 4102 9th Ave. Parkersburg, transporting a controlled substance onto the grounds of a jail, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, burglary, destruction of property and petit larceny from April to May.
* Charles James Rollins, 23, Salem Correctional Center; strangulation, domestic battery and domestic assault from April.
* Kenneth Ray Sasser Jr. 40, North Central Regional Jail; two counts each of burglary and destruction of property from December through March.
* William R. Saye Sr., 53, P.O. Box 688, Coal City, W.Va.; two counts of transporting a controlled substance onto the grounds of a jail from April 2024.
* Chris Dwayne Scott, 67, and Sandra K. Scott, 66, both of 312 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg; two counts each of concealment or removal of a minor child and one count each of conspiracy to commit a felony from March. Chris Scott was also indicted on two counts of battery on a government representative, also from March.
* Charles Edward Shaffer Jr., 47, 717 29th St., Parkersburg; three counts of breaking and entering and one count of grand larceny from March and April.
* Andrew James Somervill, 37, North Central Regional Jail; two counts each of breaking and entering and destruction of property and one count each off grand larceny and petit larceny, all from July, as well as one count each of taking the identity of another person and computer fraud from October 2018.
* Matthew R. Souder, 39, 1203 23rd St., Vienna; strangulation and battery from December.
* Eric Allen Starcher, 52, 2313 Cypress St., Parkersburg; two counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from June.
* Thomas Matthew Stewart Jr., 50, 44396 Carlson Hill Buchtel Road, Nelsonville; fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference and fleeing from an officer in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs from September 2025.
* Devan Jacob Sunderman, 27, Belmont; strangulation and domestic battery from June.
* Jacob Nathaniel Swiger, 19, 2006 16th St., Parkersburg, and Clayton Lee Starcher, 19, 918 27th St., Parkersburg, were each indicted on four counts of attempted grand larceny, three counts of conspiracy to commit a felony, two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle and one county of destruction of property from April to June. Swiger was also indicted on two counts of grand larceny, one count each of accessory after the fact to grand larceny and wanton endangerment involving a firearm and an additional destruction of property charge from the same period. Another co-defendant, Gregory Allen Hutson Sr., no age or address listed, was indicted on one count of accessory after the fact to grand larceny.
* Kevin Leroy Swiger, 41, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg; battery on a law enforcement officer, assault on a law enforcement officer and obstructing an officer from July.
* Kurt Anthony Tempel. 45, 1 Camelot Drive, Apt. 16, Parkersburg; third-offense domestic battery and obstructing an officer from June.
