PARKERSBURG - Wood County Magistrate Court recently released the following reports May 29:
* Joseph Dominic Schott, 15720 Waterford Road, Waterford, pleaded guilty to speeding (74/65) and was assessed $181.48.
* Barbara Jean Edgar, 200 Emerald St., Belmont, pleaded guilty to speeding (70/55) and was assessed $181.48.
* Dennis E Shahan II, 1609 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods and was assessed $211.48. He was sentenced to jail for one year, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and reporting to the Day Report Center.
* Probable cause was found against Joseph Christopher Flaherty, 24631 State Route 26, New Matamoras, on a charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court. Probable cause was not found for another count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm.
* Lindsay Nichole Dye, 4812 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended or revoked and was assessed $286.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for no seat belt was dismissed.
* Steven Bradley Doyle, 356 Lincoln Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to speeding (79/65) and was assessed $196.48.
* Larry A. Brown, 2621 Sams Creek Road, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and was assessed $25.
* Brandon E. Westfall, 28677 Clark Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended or revoked and was assessed $276.48.
* Emma Carol Hilson, 2008 36th St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of fraudulent use of an access device and held on a $100,000 surety bond.
* Martin Gale Collins II, 1312 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, battery of a police officer and violation of a domestic violence protective order. He was held on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Alfred Henry Martin III, 1302 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving while suspended or revoked and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Katie Joel Grimmer, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Thereasa Joyce Ann Nicole Byrd, Rockport, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and held on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Heather Ann George, 3131 Ellenboro Road, Harrisville, was arraigned on an expired registration charge and released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.
* Kelsey Fleming, 729 E. Ohio Ave., Deland, Fla., pleaded guilty to speeding (74/65) and was assessed $181.48.
* Collen Ray Moore, 2311 Emma Road, Kenna, pleaded guilty to driving with unauthorized lights and was assessed $196.48.
* Angelo Garcia, 545 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first-degree arson and attempted murder. He was held on a $150,000 surety bond.
* Brian Charles Gant, 81 Farr St., Petroleum, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and improper registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Angelo Thomas Martinovich, 1100 Willowbrook Drive, Apt. 71, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense indecent exposure, was assessed $276.48 and was sentenced to jail for 12 months, with credit for nine days served. As part of a plea agreement, another charge for indecent exposure was dismissed.
* Two counts of sex offender registration – life registrant false or inaccurate information were dismissed by the magistrate, without prejudice, against Harry Lowell Amsbary, 297 Blennerhassett Heights, Washington, W.Va., because the state did not wish to prosecute at this time.
* A preliminary hearing was waived for Jennifer Lynn Pfalzgraf, 317 16th St., Parkersburg, on a charge of attempting to commit a felony. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.
* A charge of willful and intentional removal, injury to or destruction of property, loss of $2,500 or more, was dismissed against Ryan Dale White, 1325 Lynn St., Parkersburg, after he was indicted in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Miranda Ladonna Sabatino, Parkersburg, was arraigned on domestic battery and obstruction charges and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Tiffany Nicole Waybright, 1430 Rosemar Road, Vienna, was arraigned on two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child and one count of obstruction. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Destiny Nevaeh McAfee, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $500 surety.
* Adam Charles Hogue, 34 Dunsinane Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while suspended or revoked and having improper display of registration. He was released on a $600 surety bond.
* Paul W. Cumberledge, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and held on a $500 surety bond.
* Ryan Scott Watson, 608 Elder St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Joseph Byron Cain, 420 Central Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Isaiah TC Gainer, 1916 7th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on one count of being a prohibited person with a firearm, two counts of entry of a vehicle and two counts of petit larceny. He was held on a $50,000 surety bond.
* Aaron Christopher Stone, 109 Pine Ave., Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to having no proof of insurance and driving a motorcycle with no valid license and was assessed $577.96.
* Donna J. Broad, 7474 Oakhill Ave., Alliance, Ohio, pleaded guilty to following authorized emergency vehicles and was assessed $186.48.
* Tracy Belinda Scarberry, 4385 Flint Run, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $201.48 with a civil penalty of $232 to Ulta Beauty in Vienna.
* Grady Richard Mullin, 1 Vista Ave., Wheeling, pleaded guilty to speeding (84/70) and was assessed $186.48.
* Abigail Lea Sherwood, 222 Oxarosa Lane, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding (90/65) and was assessed $206.48.
* Dustin Allen Weaver, 3736 South 12th St., Arlington, Va., pleaded guilty to speeding 10 mph or less in excess on a highway and was assessed $181.48.
* Kevin D. Detamore, 4204 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and was assessed $25.
* Kaitlyn Brianne Bailey, 609 Olive St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and was assessed $25. A charge of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
* Adrienne Elizabeth Ball, 1329 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Danielle Marie Catron, 1013 Tefft St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and held on a $125,000 surety bond.
* Dakota Joseph Prive, 4838 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
