Ohio River Commission Executive Director Taylor Abbott speaks at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Marietta’s renovated Levee Park Monday. The renovated levee was funded primarily by $9.4 million from the state’s Appalachian Community Grant Program, which was administered with other projects by the Ironton-Lawrence Community Action Organization.
