PARKERSBURG - Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports May 28:
* Amanda Leanne Toney, 811 Sherwood Forest Drive, Belleville, pleaded guilty to animal cruelty and obstructing law enforcement with threats of harm. She was assessed $662.96 and, as part of a plea agreement, a charge of battery on a government representative was dismissed.
* Charles E. Dailey, 5126 Orchard Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no seatbelt and was assessed $25. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed upon providing proof.
* Bradley David Duty, 409 Washington Blvd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to stopping, standing or parking in a designated fire lane and was assessed $201.48.
* Charles Jacob Boggs, 133 Work St., Paden City, pleaded guilty to speeding (speed not listed) and was assessed $191.48.
* Jacqueline Michelle Cavendish, 3 Legg Ave., Charleston, pleaded no contest to speeding (64/45) and was assessed $186.48.
* Eric Leon Parkins, 917 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while suspended and having no child restraint. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Ashley M Johnson, 49 Phoenix St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (74/65) and was assessed $181.48.
* David W. Williams, 657 Millbranch Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to speeding (31/15) and was assessed $181.48.
* Mason M. Duncan, 3321 Norwood Road, Huntington, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended or revoked and was assessed $276.48.
* Erik Lee Umensetter, 506 Gallaher St., St. Marys, pleaded guilty to following authorized emergency vehicles and was assessed $276.48.
* Mahala Layne Richards, 425 Juliana St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to restrictions on use by nonmotorized traffic, cycles, etc,. and was assessed $186.48.
* Cassandra Leigh Devan, 185 Old Turnpike Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.
* Braycon Howard Hedges, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault on a police officer, was assessed $186.48 and sentenced to four hours in jail, already served. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of domestic battery was dismissed.
* Rose Marie Davis, 489 Ruble Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of battery and trespassing and released on a $1,000 bond.
* Alexis Rachele Thompson, 731 Locust Ave., Clarksburg, was arraigned on charges of child neglect with serious bodily injury and gross child neglect. She was held on a $75,000 surety bond.
* Joseph Ray Stuart, 4419 12th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle while impaired and held on a $20,000 surety bond.
* Michael Anthony Baxter, 915 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned for failing to register as a sex offender and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Gene T. Bohone, 2134 17th St., Parkesburg, was arraigned on three counts of failing to register as a sex offender and released on a $6,000 surety bond.
