PARKERSBURG - Wood County Magistrate Court recently released the following reports on May 19:
* Edwin Hugh Douglass, 12960 Dronfield Ave. 280, Sylmar, Ca, was arraigned on charges of intimidation of and retaliation against a witness and held on a $200,000 cash bond.
* James Ryan Andrews, 957 Grantsville Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and held on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Shadd Eugene Gilbert, 1006 Moore Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a reckless driving charge and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Bryson James Boey, 141 Kirk Hope, Columbus, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* George Biskur Jr., 27 Colonial Ave., Granite Falls, N.C., was arraigned on a no IFTA decal charge and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Dennis E. Shahan II, 1609 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned as a fugitive from justice from Ohio on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen goods and was held on a $20,000 surety bond.
* Larry James Morgan, 114B East Fourth St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Natasha Marie Fletcher, 654 Arbutus Court, Akron, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect creating risk of injury and held on a $50,000 surety bond.
* Kevin Michael Figueroa, 3105 Elm St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of bond violation and held on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Dustin James Whytsell, 1327 1/2 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $286.48. He was ordered to pay a $1,396.00 civil penalty to Walmart of Vienna.
* Megan Lynn George, 1500 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, obstructing during investigation and battery on government representatives. She was assessed $534.44 and sentenced to 60 days in jail, with credit for five served. As part of a plea agreement, charges were dismissed for battery of a government representative, assault of government representatives, neglect or refusal to make a report or perform a required act or destruction of fingerprints or records and disorderly conduct.
* Stephanie Jean Lightfritz, 10 Browns Road Apt. 6B, Marietta, pleaded guilty to embezzlement and was assessed $176.48. She was sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended for two years of unsupervised probation. She is not to return to Popeyes of Vienna.
* Randall Paul West, 2502 Brooklyn Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $176.48. He was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.
* Rachel Nicole Wilson, 1654 Lawrence St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $176.48. She was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for six months of unsupervised probation.
* Bryan Allen Hackney, 2516 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement to evade arrest by means other than vehicle and obstruction of law enforcement and was sentenced to six days in jail, already served, and assessed $352.96. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for escape or attempted escape was dismissed.
* Jordan David Slider, 193 Power Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving in an impaired state and was assessed $361.48, with credit for seven hours served in jail. A charge of having expired motor vehicle registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Nathen Tyrone Bentz, 2202 Ninth Ave., Apt. 1, Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was assessed $361.48, with credit for nine hours served in jail.
* Michael Anthony Laurnoff, 2435 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $276.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of public intoxication was dismissed.
* Ronald Keith Friend, 717 29th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving without a certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and was assessed $186.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of no insurance was dismissed.
* Cody Lee Pelfrey, 121 Power Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to third-offense driving while suspended and improper use of evidence of registration. He was assessed $522.96 and sentenced to home confinement for 30 days. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
* Wayne Campbell, 910 Tefft St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to unlawful removal, injury to or destruction of property, and was assessed $186.48. He was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. In a second case, he pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $176.48. He was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. In a third case, he pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $176.48. He was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation, with all three probation periods to run consecutively. As part of plea agreements, charges for driving while suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed.
* A charge of computer harassment was dismissed, with prejudice, against Susan Marie Bell, 2400 Pennsylvania Ave., Parkersburg.
* A charge of falsely reporting an emergency was dismissed against Logan Travis Waggoner, 1206 25th St., Parkersburg.
* A charge of first-offense driving under the influence was dismissed against Anthony Lamonte Wheeler, 1305 Poplar St., Belpre, because there was not enough evidence to secure a conviction.
* John Francis Lopez, 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 12F, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to passing in a no pass zone and was assessed $181.48.
* William Marion Welch, 1309 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shooting across a road or near a building or crowd and was assessed $226.48.
