Dash for Diabetes set for Saturday in Ravenswood
RAVENSWOOD – Coplin Health Systems’ 10th Annual Dash for Diabetes 5K Run/Walk will be Saturday, at Ravenswood Riverfront Park, Lock House Road.
The annual event promotes diabetes awareness, prevention, and healthy living while raising funds to support Coplin Health Systems’ Diabetes Education Program and the Ravenswood Recreation Youth Program. Same-day registration begins at 7 a.m. The race will start at 8:30 a.m.
