Lewis Lee Armstrong, 74, 1250 31st St., Apartment 612, Parkersburg: seven counts of sexual abuse in the first-degree, eight counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust and sexual assault in the first-degree from January 2012 to December 2013.

Kathleen Erin Davis, 46, 2210 Latrobe St., Parkersburg: five counts of a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust allowing sexual abuse to be inflicted upon a child from August 2017 to May 2018.
