Washington County Grand Jury Indicts 10 People On Drug, Kidnapping And Other Charges
10 people were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury this week.
Indictments include:
*Michalle Renea Perkins, 40, 211 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg; one count of distrusting public services, a fourth-degree felony; one count domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor; from April 14.
*Joint indictment of Joshua Okey Clift, 43, 104 Vista St., Marietta; Brandi Raye Messick, 31, 460 Muskingum Drive, Marietta; both defendants were indicted on one charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; from Feb. 27.
*Jonathan Michael Range 42, 117 Forest Ave., Mineral Wells; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; from Aug. 20. Range was also indicted on separate charges; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; one count aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felony; from Nov. 18.
*Travis Dalton Huck, 31, 239 Deming Road, Fleming, OH, 45729; one count operating a vehicle un Der the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, a fourth-degree felony; from April 23.
*Robert Michael Sparks, 44, 2149 Staunton Parkersburg Turnpike, Huttonsville, W.Va., 26273; one count failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony; from May 12.
*Mark Andrew Lowers, 33, 3761 Bell Road, Vincent; failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony; from May 11.
*Troy Shawn Smith, 55, 319 Main St., Waterford; aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, both second-degree felonies; from Nov. 13.
*Austin L. Murnaham, 28, 921 E. Mansfield St., Bucyrus, OH. 44820; three counts of improper use of a certificate of title, all of which are unclassified felonies; one count theft, a fifth-degree felony; from May 2024.
*Terry Brian Fox, 52, 312 Walnut St., Belpre; two counts of kidnapping, both first-degree felonies; failure to comply with an order or signal of police officer, a third-degree felony; vehicular assault, a third-degree felony; from Feb. 28. According to the prosecutor’s office, charges come from police attempting to pull Fox over while he was driving but he drove off with his passenger.
