The Washington County Grand Jury this week announced the indictments of 21 individuals, mostly on drug-related charges.

The defendants include:

* Michael Jay Bond, 39, 3306 Central Ave., Parkersburg; two third-degree felony counts of having weapons while under disability, each with a specification for forfeiture of a weapon, and a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs, methamphetamine from August.

* Co-defendants Casey Steven Taylor Jr., 34, 4060 Sugar Run Road, Marietta; Zachary Ryan Taylor, 26, 2300 Sand Hill Road, Marietta; and Kaylan Renea Wallace, 35, 12270 State Route 60, Lowell; were each indicted on a fifth-degree felony count of breaking and entering and a fourth-degree misdemeanor count of criminal trespass. Casey Taylor and Wallace were each charged with an additional count of breaking and entering and criminal trespass, all from March.

* Derek Lowell Carpenter, 31, 716 Elm St., Belpre; illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises, a third-degree felony, from June 2025.

* Jimmy Ray Waterman, 44, 107 Wooster St., Marietta; fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, meth, from November.

* Eric Brandon Siders, 37, 6070 Sandhill Road, Marietta; two third-degree felony counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from February.

* Justin Matthew Castin, 48, 104 Gregg St., Marietta; failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony, from July.

* Thomas Scott Cunningham, 36, 9486 Laramie Ln., Spring Hill, Florida, 34608; theft, a fifth-degree felony, from December 2024.

* Malacha Aaronique Sacajawea Bryant, 25, 3831 Conway Drive, Columbus; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from November.

* Richard Thomas Shamblin, 40, 4204 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from September.

* Jaiden Autumn Reeder, 544 Brookover Ave., Apartment 22, Zanesville; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from July.

* Daschia Alexis Allen, 30, 1380 West Galbraiph Road, Cincinnati; tampering with drugs, a third-degree felony; two third-degree felony counts of tampering with evidence; two fifth-degree felony counts of aggravated possession of drugs, from March 2023.

* Kevin Andrew Williams, 38, 1308 Williamson Ave., Apartment 2B, New Matamoras; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from March 2025.

* Jeffrey Edward Jones, 62, 111 West Montgomery St., Apartment 17, Marietta; illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; two first-degree misdemeanor counts of possession of drugs, from February.

* Donald James Smith, 42, 2420 North Unionville Road, McConnelsville; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor, from June.

* Rachel Janelle Bauerbach, 44, 903 Mitchell Ave., Apartment L, Beverly; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from May.

* Joshua Lee Good Taylor, 29, 4060 Sugar Run Road, Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree flony, from July.

* Valerie Ann Wiley, 42, 844 Greene St., Apartment 1, Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from November.

* Felisha Elizbeth-Anne Caldwell, 35, 102 Sacra Via St., Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; violation of controlled substances laws, a first-degree misdemeanor, from June.
