PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 1:

* Jahbree Elijandel Sheppard, 4413 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and fined $376.48. A charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Brandi Lynn Myers, 28725 Torch Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Justin Daniel Carpenter, 813 17th St., Apt. B, Vienna, pleaded guilty to failure to obey a traffic control device and reckless driving with no bodily injury, fined $357.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of leaving the scene, obstruction and having no proof of insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* David Clifton Adams, 509 Buckeye St., Apt. 301A, Parkersburg, had a charge of battery of a health care worker dismissed as the state does not wish to pursue the case as the defendant was sentenced on another charge.

* Coleby David Schultz, 4107 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., had a charge of obstruction dismissed after he completed a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Samual Eugene Miller, 85 Sandy Creek Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was set at $100,000.

* Natasha Elaine Sandlin, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Carder Brooks McKitrick, 45 Caywood Road, Marietta, was arraigned on two counts of assault and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Kazia Flayme Blankenship, 20 Powell Drive, Apt. 60, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of battery and one count each of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Lauren Ann Davis, 3625 Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000 surety.

* Zachary Dylan Lawson, 9130 Harris Highway, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of DUI greater than 0.15 and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Shawn White, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ellen JoAnn White, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Majed Abdullah Maliki, 3311 Spruce St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order and first-offense shoplifting and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jeremiah Jarrett Hardbarger, 223 North Hills Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic battery and released on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Brittany Marie Smith, 2821 Emerson Ave., Apt. 28, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, assault of an officer and trespassing and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Gregory Curtis Williams, 1617 East Popular St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* David Jeffery Fauss, 160 Blair Ave., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jole Seth Echard, 608 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving and released on a $1,500 cash bond.

* Cody Aron-Lee Vincent, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Michael Stephen King, 263 Kristy Lane, Harrisburg, Pa., was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $500 surety bond.

* Christopher Cullen Cooper, 646 Blennerhassett Heights Road, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Myron Eugene Anderson, 211 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault. Bond was set at $35,000 surety.

* Hunter Gage Waggoner, 709 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing with reckless indifference, receiving a stolen vehicle and burglary and released on a $500 cash bond. He was also charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Jefferson County, Ohio, on a charge of a parole violation for property damage. He was committed to jail.

* Christopher K. Parker, 2006 Camden Ave., Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-degree robbery. Bond was set at $100,000 surety.

* Tara Lee Bailey, 121 Straight St., Ripley, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on a $30,000 surety bond.

* Ronald Lee Bush, 47 Elm St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and released on a $75,000 surety bond.

* Ariel Gabrielle Rhea, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended, failure to appear and manufacture/deliver/possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $102,000.
