PARKERSBURG — A man facing multiple charges of sexual assault and sexual abuse was one of 13 indictments handed down Monday by a special session of the Wood County Grand Jury.

Micah Carr, 21, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail in Doddridge County, was arraigned on two counts of first-degree sexual assault from May to July 2020; 13 counts of first-degree sexual abuse from December 2018 to July 2020; and one count each of attempted first-degree sexual assault and attempted first-degree sexual abuse from the same period.

Carr was a juvenile when the offenses allegedly occurred and his case was transferred to adult jurisdiction, according to the Wood County Prosecutor’s Office. A criminal complaint in the case was not made public, because he was a juvenile at the time.

The other indictments include:

* Andrew David Calebaugh, 36, North Central Regional Jail; four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from April to September 2025.

* Derek Robert Chrisman, 38, North Central Regional Jail; one count each of third-offense domestic assault and assault from August.

* Travis Clay Cox, 31, North Central Regional Jail; grand larceny from October.

* Robert L. Franklin, 33, North Central Regional Jail; failure to provide notice of registration changes, second offense from June.

* David Ray Johns, 41, North Central Regional Jail; malicious assault, domestic battery and petit larceny from November.

* Alphonso Lesean Johnson, 35, North Central Regional Jail; six counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and one count of persons prohibited from possessing a firearm from April 2025.

* David Shane Lynch, 45, North Central Regional Jail; four counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and one count each of second-offense fleeing an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference, fleeing from a police officer, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle causing property damage, persons prohibited from possessing a firearm and persons prohibited from possessing a concealed firearm from July.

* Matthew Wayne Rosier, 40, North Central Regional Jail; three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count each of second-offense shoplifting and obstructing an officer from March 2025.

* Ashley Erin Roton, 34, 588 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg; fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference, second-offense driving while license revoked miscellaneous and assault of a law enforcement officer from October.

* Brandon Dale Stalnaker, 36, North Central Regional Jail; attempted breaking and entering from June.

* Joshua David Stanley, 32, 708 Neal St., Parkersburg; strangulation, domestic battery and unlawful restraint from September.

* Noel M. Sullivan, 38, North Central Regional Jail; malicious assault from October.
