* Michael R. Griffin, 38, of Mineral Wells was cited for fictitious registration

Feb. 12

* Mikeya R. Kovacs, 20, of Marietta was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a warrant for telephone harassment.

* Patricia D Newman, 52, of Belpre was cited for expired registration.

Feb. 14

* Wesley J. Mays, 46, of Belpre, OH was cited for left of center.

Feb. 16

* Destiny R. Hutcheson, 26, of Chandlersville was cited for speed.

Feb. 17

* Lindsay M. Wilson, 43, of Belpre was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Feb. 19

* Kasey D. Miller, 22, of Belpre was cited for speed.

* Lewis A. Moore, 79, of Belpre was cited for failure to yield while turning left.
