MARIETTA — 12 people were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury this week, including a Marietta man indicted with over a dozen counts of rape involving multiple individuals, including two minors.

Thomas Larry Brown II, 44, 213 Broughton Avenue, Marietta, was indicted on 14 charges of rape, all first-degree felonies, 6 counts of sexual battery, all third-degree felonies and 3 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, all third-degree felonies. The charges date from March 2014 to July 2025, with one minor family member named in 20 of the charges over the 11 years. An additional minor under the age of 13 was named in two of the charges.

Other individuals indicted include:

* Jaclyn Raquel Grayson, 33, 812 Clifton Street, Marietta; one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from June.

* Peyton Dillion Williams, 23, 123 Tennis Center Drive, Apt 3C, Marietta; one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor and one count of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony, from November 2025.

* Jonathan Paul Angus, 44, 9531 Federal Road, Cutler, OH, 45724; one count aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, one count illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony, one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, one count of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor, from June.

* Morgan Blitz Wynn, 365 Mount Tom Pines Road, Marietta; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, one count of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, from November.

* Wesley Duance Lincoln, 41; one count of assault, a fifth-degree felony, from May 2023.

* Victor Emmanuel Warren, 57, 736 Greene Street, Apt 19, Marietta; two counts of rape, both first-degree felonies, two counts of sexual batter, both third-degree felonies, one count of intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case, a third-degree felony, one count of strangulation, a fourth-degree felony, from October 2025 to January 2026.

* Russell Allen McCabe, 58, 141 Franklin Street, Marietta, and Devin Kingston Scott, 26, 700 Fern Street, Akron, OH, 44307; both were indicted on aggravated possession of drugs, both first-degree felonies, aggravated possession of drugs, both first-degree felonies, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, both second-degree felonies and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, both second-degree felonies. Additionally, Scott was indicted on the charge of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. Charges from, Jan. 8

* Epiphany Alice Barnhouse, 21, 24988 Brimstone Road, Coolville, OH, 45723, and Felicia Dawn Barringer, 46, 213 Holly Street, Marietta; both charged with one count of tampering with evidence, both third-degree felonies and falsification, both receiving first-degree misdemeanors, from Jan. 12.

* Zachary Alan Clatterbuck, 31, 509 Short Brook Road, Vincent; one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a second-degree felony, from December.
