PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 21:

* Declan A. Reynolds, 749 Greene St., Apt. A, Marietta, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and assessed $25.

* Angelica Leah Miracle, 247 Dublin Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to cell phone violation and assessed $247.48.

* Christopher John Hyatt, 5950 Clay St., Madison, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and assessed $226.48.

* Kyle Ethan Elza, 33614 Brooks Road, Albany, Ohio, was found not guilty of violation of a protective order.

* Lisa Ball, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice with no objection from the state.

* James Jude Windland, Parkersburg, had charges of child neglect creating substantial risk of bodily injury, domestic battery, obstruction by threats of harm and battery of government representative, health care provider, utility worker, law enforcement and EMS dismissed without prejudice, with no objection from the state.

* Mia Cristina Sutton, 149 Pleasant View Drive, Elizabeth, had a speeding in a work zone charge dismissed under a diversion agreement.

* Zachary Kevin Miller, 1408 20th St., Parkersburg, had a petit larceny charge dismissed under a diversion agreement.

* Savannah Nichole Welch, 1107 29th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture or possess controlled substance with intent to deliver Schedule I or II narcotic or methamphetamine.

* Richard John Carlton Mickens, 3755 Laguna Drive, Columbus, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (suboxone and cocaine). Bond was set at $300,000 bond.

* Michael Stephen Baugh, 1103 18th St., Apt. 2, Vienna, was arraigned on a third-offense shoplifting charge and released on $5,000 bond.

* Kendra Janelle Barber, 926 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of fraud and related activity in connection with access devices and released on $5,000 bond.

* Eddie Allen Gloeckner, 646 Liberty St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting less than $500 and released on $250 bond.

* Meagan Alexis Byrd, 23 Westview Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on bond.

* Saleh Mohammed Alkumaim, Indian Trail, N.C., was arraigned on a charge of drug paraphernalia sale without license and released on $500 bond.

* Steven Lee Knicley, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense shoplifting charge. Bond was set at $2,500 bond.

* Gary Lee Losey II, 802 Seventh St., Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent (fentanyl). Bond was set at $50,000.

* Larry Matthew Wheeler, 2514 27th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene and obstruction. Bond was set at $2,000.

* Kiernan Morgan Cline, 630 Bird St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and released on $500 bond.

* Jessica Kay Miller, 56 Ash Circle, Davisville, was arraigned on a no proof of insurance charge and released on $500 bond.

* Christopher Lee Nelson, 632 Madison Ave., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, driving under suspension, failure to dim lights and no insurance and released on $1,500 bond.

* James Daniel Reynolds, 135 Meadow St., Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and obstruction and released on $500 bond.

* David Francis Toncray Jr., 3625 Packard St., Apt. 117, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension and improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Joseph A. Nelson, 1030 Market Manor, Apt. 306, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no operator’s, no insurance, expired motor vehicle inspection and no proof of registration and released on $2,000 bond.

* Joseph Lee Lanham, 610 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no proof of insurance and expired registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Trystan Randyl Burrows, 100 Keith St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and released on $30,000 bond.

* Desiree Gomez, Zanesville, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and released on $500 bond.

* John Calvin Lyall, Zanesville, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and released on $500 bond.

* Rachel Way, 646 Mill Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of marking of traps and three counts of illegal possession of wildlife (two fox and one opossum) and released on $1,000 bond.
