PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 20:

* Jason L.R. Boudreau, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $2,000 bond.

* Cody Ray Slaughter, 4114 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription (two counts), obstruction, fleeing from an officer and a warrant for leaving the scene of an accident. Bond was set at $4,000.

* Dolan Haniso Malepa, 5000 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, expired registration and expired motor vehicle inspection and released on $500 bond.

* Michele Romeyn Hill, 2314 Morningside Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on obstruction and trespassing charges. Bond was set at $1,500.

* Anthony L. Wright, 714 Riverview Drive, Belmont, was arraigned on an expired MVI charge and released on $500 bond.

* Glenda Renea Broyles, 7 Worthington Trailer Park Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and released on $2,000 bond.

* Tammy Sue Backus, 2412 Covert St., Apt. 25, Parkersburg, was arraigned on leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain control charges and released on $500 bond.

* Joey Austin Walker, 1040 Jackson St., Zanesville, was arraigned on charges of DUI, second-offense driving under suspension, hit and run, no insurance, improper registration, possession of marijuana, battery of a police officer and obstruction and released on $7,000 bond.

* Justin Lee Moore, 705 Seventh St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a second-offense shoplifting charge and released on $500 bond.

* Isaac W. Tanzey, 507 Third St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to possession of alcohol by a minor and assessed $201.48.

* Kayla Marie Stutler, 418 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, had a battery charge dismissed without prejudice.

* Taylor Paige Jones, 66345 State Route 124, Reedsville, Ohio, had a battery charge dismissed through deferred sentence adjudication.

* Joshua Antonio Constable, 719 Orchard St., Marietta, was found guilty of reckless driving and assessed $201.48.

* Kiersten Michelle Walker, 11 Pickering St., Parkersburg, had a driving under suspension charge dismissed after obtaining a valid license.

* Steven Matthew Mulinex, 4002 11th Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of manufacture or possess controlled substance with intent to deliver Schedule I or II narcotic or methamphetamine, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

*Alexander Song Bello, 612 Elder St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and assault of government representative, health care provider, utility worker or law enforcement; assessed $352.96 and sentenced to time served of five days jail. Charges of failure to process and public intoxication were dismissed under a plea agreement.

*Dakota Matthew Fox, 1708 15th Ave., Parkersburg, had a DUI charge dismissed. Fox pleaded guilty to reckless driving and assessed $276.48.

* Skyla Dawn Williams, 207 S. Maple St., Apt. 4, Ripley, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture or possess controlled substance with intent to deliver Schedule I or II narcotic or meth, and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jason Lee Caplinger, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a third-offense shoplifting charge, and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Leanna M. Potter, 89 Mountaineer Way, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and inspection violation and assessed $362.96.

* Nathan Scot Augenstein, 117 Bailey Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Ashraf Rasheed, 101 Colonial Square, Belpre, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.

* Veanne Elizabeth Fuerhoff, 77 Oakridge Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to red light violation and assessed $181.48.

* Alissa Mae Welling, 15 ½ Highland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license and assessed $226.48.
