PARKERSBURG — The following cases were heard in the Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 18:
* McKenzie Grace Omeara, 348 Wyoming St., Pittsburgh, Pa., pleaded guilty to brandishing a deadly weapon, fined $320.52 and sentenced to two years in jail, which was suspended and she was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. A charge of wanton endangerment with a firearm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Charges of domestic battery and violation of a protective order (three counts) were dismissed against Steele Morris Falcon, Parkersburg, as he was sentenced in Ohio on another charge. The dismissal was done with the victim’s agreement.
* Douglas Lee Landers, 326 Kenna Drive, South Charleston, pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to flee from law enforcement in a vehicle, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail, which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation.
* Charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and expired motor vehicle registration were dismissed against Joshua Keleb Chandler, 659 South Pleasant Hill Road, Belleville, as all of his documents were valid.
* A preliminary hearing on a charge of burglary was waived against Zachary Scott Shaw, 234 Jordan Landing Drive, Point Pleasant. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* George Raymond Cantwell, 24 Cowan Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $196.48.
* A preliminary hearing on a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth against Anthony Dale McBride, 27830 St. Route 7, Marietta, was waived. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* A preliminary hearing on charges of burglary and grand larceny against Michael Shaun Sampson, Parkersburg, was waived. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Probable cause was found on a charge of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I, II or III controlled substance against Jonathan Hart Mayweather, 27131 Zeman Ave., Euclid, Ohio. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Joziah-Fenru Kaneff, 2377 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Philip E. Eddy, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having defective equipment and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Rachelle Ann Stephens, 810 17th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Cory Allen Ash, 315 Dempsie Ave, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and obstruction and released on $1,000 surety bond.
* Dennis Ray Mott, 101 9th St., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license (two counts), having no MVI sticker and having no insurance and released on bond.
* Rebecca Marie Brown, 59 Royal Garden Court #13, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to having expired registration and fined $181.48.
* Bradley A. Anderson, 859 Somerset Drive, Charleston, pleaded guilty to an unplugged waterfowl firearm violation and illegal possession of wildlife and fined $392.96.
* Jonathan M. Loncala, 734 Lulu St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and a seatbelt violation and fined $301.48.
* Shada Rayanne Harnish, 1403 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation and fined $25.
* Lelend Michael Rader, 608 Cherry Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48.
* Charges of reckless driving, failure to stop and a traffic-control signal violation were dismissed against Nathan Christopher Shelton, 139 Williams Highway, Suite A, Parkersburg.
* Wylie David Quinlan, 556 Snazzy Circle SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, reckless driving with no bodily injury and was fined $902.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. Charges of having no insurance, obstruction with threats of harm and DUI with a BAC of .15 or more were dismissed.
* Charges of driving on a suspended license and expired registration were dismissed Sarah Dawn Tucker, 1912 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, as the license was updated.
* Ashley Erin Roten, 588 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor against the state, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days and placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He is required to complete inpatient care at a local recovery center and provide signed proof.
* Daniel Dwayne Flanigan, 405 ½ Buckeye St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. He was also ordered to pay $572.40 restitution to Goodwill in Parkersburg.
* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed against Julia Alyce Angeron, Williamstown.
* Levi Raymond Putnam, 338 Crown Manor Circle, Apt. 15, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage and battery, fined $852.96 and sentenced to 120 days in jail, which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had charges of reckless driving and conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor against the state dismissed.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were heard in the Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 19:
* Craig Winston Moore Jr., 3711 12th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to hunting from a watercraft, auto or plane and fined $196.48. A charge of illegal possession of wildlife was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Misty Ann Workman, 839 Hanna Dr., South Charleston, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and held on $3,000 surety bond.
* Edward Leon Davis, 802 Seventh St., Apt. #2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Kyshel S. Donaway, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Caitlyn Dence Tallman, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-degree arson and held on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Connie Rae Smith, 977 Sun Valley Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of obstruction and assault on a government representative and battery of a government representative and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Franklin Lee Grimes, 2926 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Desiree Hickel, 150 Newells Run Road, Newport, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no insurance, having no seatbelt and driving left of center and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Andrew P. Cremeans, 562 Bowser Road, Big Springs, W.Va., pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of expired motor vehicle registration was dismissed.
* Ayden Sean Morris, 3889 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding, and fined $186.48.
* Kayla Lynne Nichols, 316 Bellview Ave., Fairmont, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Danielle Leah Chadima, 956 29th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $186.48.
