PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 14:
* Tristian Robert Francis, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $201.48 with a $50 civil penalty to Survival Ridge Trading Company. A shoplifting charge was dismissed under a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $201.48 with a $658.98 civil penalty to Tractor Supply.
* Allen Harold Walton Jr., 816 Williams St., Parkersburg, had charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and two registration violations dismissed under a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to no insurance and assessed $376.48.
* Tonda Kay Montgomery, 1311 Andrew St., Parkersburg, had five counts of violation of a protective order dismissed.
* Sonte Coventry Butler, 534 Fifth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent. Bond was set at $50,000.
* Jerry Christopher Simonic, 1208 Muirwood Drive, Zanesville, was arraigned on charges of soliciting a minor via computer and soliciting a minor and traveling to engage minor in prohibited sexual activity. Bond was set at $75,000.
* Emma Carol Hilson, 2008 36th St., Apt. A., Parkersburg, was arraigned on 10 counts of fraudulent possession of access device with intent to defraud and released on $5,000 bond.
* Christopher Allen Williams Jr., 46 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, interference with West Virginia Department of Public Safety and obstruction and released on $2,000 bond.
* Hannah Nicole Weaver, 434 Nicolette Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, assault on a law enforcement officer, no insurance and driving under the influence and released on $2,000 bond.
* Nicole R. Williams, 2662 Evans Road, Leon, W.Va., pleaded guilty to failure to stay right and assessed $186.48. A no proof of insurance charge was dismissed.
* Joshua Isaac Simpson, 1130 Hebron Road, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48. Simpson pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.
* Michael J. Bailey, 1773 Crooked Run Road, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and assessed $25.
* Lydia Leigh Fluharty, 2757 Auburn Road, Pullman, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Jared G. McCroskey II, 66 Hill St., Ellenboro, pleaded no contest to no seat belt and assessed $25. An expired registration charge was dismissed after proof was provided.
* Jonathan Hernandez, 3016 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to no operator’s and assessed $181.48.
* Tina L. Bankhead, 1506 Ramsey St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of manufacture or possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jason Aaron Tallman, 314 ½ West Second St., Williamstown, had a DUI charge dismissed after meeting the conditions of a deferred sentence.
* Stephen Chaz Vansickle, 904 ½ Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, had a charge of receiving or transferring stolen vehicle dismissed without prejudice as the victim was not transported and the state was unable to proceed.
* Nathan Tyler Hudnell, 3640 Hebersville Road, Albany, Ohio, pleaded guilty to third-offense driving under suspension and obstruction with threats of harm, assessed $502.96 and sentenced to 30 days jail with credit for seven days on the suspension charge and seven days jail on the obstruction charge, to run concurrently. Charges of disorderly conduct and assault of government representative, health care provider, utility worker or law enforcement were dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Carl Hershall Dearston, 1134 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery of a government representative, health care provider, utility worker or law enforcement, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to one year of jail, suspended for two years of unsupervised probation.
*Jacob Matthew Shaffer, 2212 36th St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year unsupervised probation to complete a treatment program.
* Logan Michael Hinzman, 624 31st St., Parkersburg, had a speeding charge dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Harold Clyde Hardbarger, 55 Comfort Lane, Ellenboro, had a DUI charge dismissed after successfully completing a deferred sentence program.
* Samantha Louise Martin, Chester, Va., pleaded no contest to domestic battery, assessed $236.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended for six months unsupervised probation. A domestic battery charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Phillip Joseph Humphries, 821 Fairview Ave., Parkersburg, had a petit larceny charge dismissed.
* Jeffrey Cole Brown, 126 Maple Shades Court, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and assessed $492.96. A fleeing in a vehicle charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Brenda Sue Bailey, P.O. Box 1144, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed under a deferred sentence program.
* Nathaniel Patrick Woicinski II, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice.
* Isaac Leon Fordyce, 53 South Park Villa, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $204.48 with a $50 civil penalty to the Ann Street Sheetz.
* Allen Harold Walton Jr., 816 Williams St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on revoked, assessed $276.48 and sentenced to 60 days home confinement.
* Matthew Darrell Freshour, 7972 Staunton Turnpike, Macfarlan, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and assessed $186.48.

* Anthony Lee Butler, 3027 Gove St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under the influence and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $3,000.
* Ashley Nikole Knight, 155 Dickens Drive, Apt. 15, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and released on $500 bond.
* Jason Alan Delancey, 404 West Eighth St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and released on $500 bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of aiding escape. Bond was set at $25,000.
* Kathy Sue McDonald, 258 Hamilton Ridge, Ravenswood, was arraigned on a DUI charge and released on $2,000 bond.
* Dru Robert Walker, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $2,000 bond.
* Leonard Joseph Jordan, 140 Gross St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of stop sign violation and no insurance and released on $500 bond.
* Brittney Michelle Wilson, 802 Seventh St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a second-offense shoplifting charge and released on $500 bond.
* Amy Marie Snyder, 6 Wills St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of impersonation of a law enforcement officer and released on $1,000 bond.

* Chaz Joseph Richards, 1921 Nash St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order, two counts of battery of a police officer, obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on $3,000 bond.
* Cody Joseph Metrick, 863 Davisville Road, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and obtaining money by false pretense and released on $2,000 bond.
* James Brian Mullins, 543 Schaum Ave., Zanesville, was arraigned on three counts of third-offense shoplifting. Bond was set at $30,000.
* James Adam Leek, 1503 Cale St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl). Bond was set at $100,000.
* Rusty Allen Knowlton, 110 Morningside Drive, New Matamoras, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired with BAC less than 0.15 and released on $1,500 bond.
* Jacob Allen Starcher, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $2,000 bond.
* Cheyenne Natasha Nickole Kirl, 118 Spruce St., Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $50,000.
* Madison Paige Straight, 3625 Packard St., Apt. 48, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a computer fraud charge and released on $5,000 bond.
* Christopher William Browning, 54460 State Route 681, Reedsville, Ohio, was arraigned on two counts of attempted murder. Bond was set at $2,450,000,
* Desmond Jamaal Jackson, 3505 Emerson Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and released on $1,000 bond.
* William Chase Lambert, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $2,000 bond.
* Jessica Renee Trussell, 1500 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on four counts of obstruction and four counts of interference with officers and false information. Bond was set at $1,000.
* Bobby Leroy Anderson, 10334 Veto Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and released on $500 bond.
* Amber Louise Kyer, 695 Short Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a receiving or transferring stolen goods charge and released on $1,000 bond.

* James Adam Forshey, 546 Old Country Drive, Waverly, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.
* Kyle Patrick Lewis, 100 Raspberry Drive, Walker, had a DUI charge dismissed after completing deferral. Charges of no inspection, registration violation, failure to maintain, reckless driving and leaving the scene were dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended for one year unsupervised probation.
