PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 10:
* Jonathon Robert Cagle, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a charge of obstruction with threats of harm, fined $176.48 and sentenced to nine days in jail, which was ruled as time served. He had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice. A charge of violating a protection order was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Ashley Erin Roton, 588 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Asa Garrett Hewett, 512 Marietta St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and shoplifting, fined $367.96 and sentenced to seven days in jail, which was ruled as time served. Hewett was ordered to pay a $66.22 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jessica Fay Parsons, 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 1K, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, which was ruled as time served.
* Guy Dean Jewkes Jr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to illegal possession of wildlife and fined $276.48. He also pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.
* Jacob Andrew Johnson, 4177 East State Route 60, McConnelsville, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $229.86 civil penalty to the Gabe’s store in Parkersburg. He had a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Curtis Franklin Rea, 1573 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, had probable cause found for a charge of strangulation. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Roger Dale Grimm, 126 Forest Drive, Apt. 102, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having no proof of insurance and having no operator’s license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Nicholas Andrew Curtis, 1208 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Francis Neal Waggoner, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Lake County, Florida, on a probation violation (on an original charge of burglary). He was held pending a bond hearing in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jason Lee Martin, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Athens County, Ohio on a charge of violating community control requirements (on an original charge of possession of a fentanyl-related compound). He was held pending a bond hearing in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Larry Wayne Sprouse, 1312 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of wanton endangerment and released on a $50,000 surety bond.
* Richard Alan Davis II, 1316 Market St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering and attempt to commit a felony and released on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Tiona C. Owens, 6333 Emerson Ave., Room 46, Parkersburg, was arraigned on 10 counts of fraudulent use of an access device and released on a $30,000 surety bond.
* Tristian Robert Francis, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and held on a $500 surety bond.
* Michael Shaun Sampson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of burglary and grand larceny and held on a $20,000 surety bond.
* William Howard McBrayer, 58 Abbey Village, Apt. 101, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license (two counts) and obstruction and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Rebekah R. Baker, 4411 Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Hunter Levi Marshall Prall, 1510 Cale St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Jason Lee Caplinger, 811 Wood St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting tickets (two counts) and third-offense shoplifting and released on a $1,000 surety bond and a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Karen Gene Ayers, 108 Stout St., Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.
* Andrea Leigh McDonough, 72 Oak Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no seatbelt and fined $25. A charge of having expired registration was dismissed.
* Clarence Daniel Poole, 1127 Left Fork Kites Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding (10 mph or less in excess on highway) and fined $181.48.
* Nelson James Bogan, 28407 State Route 7, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding (54 mph in a 45 mph zone) and fined $191.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 12:
* Keith A. Nutter, 716 30th St., Apt. 7, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.
* Jason Lee Caplinger, Parkersburg, had charges of shoplifting and shoplifting (by trying to obtain an exchange or refund for goods not purchased) dismissed. The charges will be refiled as a felony.
* Paul Anthony Welch, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to eight months of home confinement with a credit of 19 days served. Another charge of second-offense domestic battery was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Dennis Raymond Doebereiner, 72 Holly Drive, Elizabeth, had charges of having no proof of insurance, expired registration and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed after he corrected all of the issues.
* Dustin Duane Pierce, 908 Neal St., Apt. D, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to false pretenses, fined $696.46 and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of nine days served.
* Desarah Lynn Geer, 50 Royal Gardens Court, Apt. 23, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. She had charges of battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS and trespassing dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Eric Lee Carpenter, 305 Jackson Ave., Summersville, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and released on a $100,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Kayla Michelle Hamner, 305 Jackson Ave., Summersville, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and released on a $100,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Savannah Nichole Welch, 1107 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines and held on a $75,000 surety bond.
* Skyla Dawn Williams, 207 S. Maple St., Apt. 4, Ripley, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines and held on a $75,000 surety bond.
* Oran E. Tennant, 2005 20th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jayne Law Kimes, 4464 19th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding in a school zone and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Ryan David Jarvis, 212 Seventh St. Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for driving under the influence and speeding and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Lavontez Samuel Chisolm, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Justin Michael McPherson, 1112 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Andrew Cole Pratt, 1708 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault of a police officer, obstruction, disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, battery of a police officer, false reporting, public intoxication and failure to process and held on a $3,500 surety bond.
* Blake Michael Montgomery, 154 Berry Patch Lane, Washington, W.Va. was arraigned on charges of speeding and reckless driving and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Johnny Ray Ball, Cutler, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Cameron Blake Johnson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 13:
* Scott Robert Hickman, 15 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of violating a protective order and a DV bond violation were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jason Lamont Wade, 420 13th St., Parkersburg, had charges of obstruction with threats of harm and failure to process dismissed without prejudice. A preliminary hearing was waived on a charge of second-offense battery of an officer.
* Logan Michael Hinzman, 624 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Dalton Corey Drummond, 103 Pine Drive, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $119.68 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.
* Dustin Jordan Christian Krebs, 3304 Second Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not wish to prosecute.
* Chad Allen Wilkinson, 455 Spring Valley Way, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license and fined $186.48. A cell phone violation charge was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Timothy Paul Reisinger, 31 Eastlawn Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence with a BAC of .15 or more, fined $471.48 and sentenced to two days in jail with a credit of one day served.
* Lacy Vivian Coen, 1100 19th St., Apt. 6, Vienna, pleaded guilty to child neglect by a parent or guardian which creates a substantial risk of bodily injury, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. Another three counts of child neglect and one count of obstruction with threats of harm were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Loren Russell Cullum, 940 Pleasant Home Ridge Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to failure to yield at a crosswalk and fined $276.48.
* Timothy Michael Peasak, 384 Club View Drive, Bridgeport, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Winnifred Dawn Buskirk, 266 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to permitting an unauthorized person to drive and fined $186.48.
* David Ray Johns, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault. Bond was set at $10,000 surety.
* Adam Terrell Leek, 2612 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine) and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (psychedelic mushrooms). Bond was set at $75,000 surety.
* Steven Matthew Mulinex, 4002 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $150,000 surety.
* Beverly Ann Wilson, 403 11th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order. Bond was set at $1,000 surety.
* Sarah Dawn Tucker, 1912 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having expired registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Steven Lee Knicely, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Burl Anthony Waggoner, 266 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and battery of a law enforcement officer and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Lydia Ann Marie Galluccio, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Joshua R. Ayers Jr., 415 Henderson Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of DUI-marijuana and simple possession and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Joshua Allen Chipps, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He is also required to receive counseling. Charges of obstruction with threats of harm and fleeing from law enforcement were dismissed, per a plea agreement. Charges of nonconsensual disclosure of private images, unlawful restraint and domestic battery were dismissed without prejudice.
* Richard Curtis Martin, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He is also required to receive counseling. Two counts of obstruction with threats of harm were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* David Ray Johns, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement, fined $176.48 and sentenced to nine days in jail, which was ruled as time served.
* Gary Cramdall Combs, 125 Grant Ave., Stanley, Va., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and trespassing, fined $357.96 and sentenced to seven days in jail, which was ruled as time served. Charges of trespassing and drinking alcoholic liquor in public were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Charles Justin Compston, 1009 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and failure to yield and fined $467.96.
* Olivia Nicole Profitt, 209 Wilson St., Ravenswood, pleaded no contest to speeding (50 mph in a 40 mph zone) and a cell phone violation and fined $462.96.
* Karah Kathleen Cross, 6976 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding (59 mph in a 40 mph zone) and fined $186.48.
