PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 4:
* Raymond Michael Adkins, 2201 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and trespassing, was assessed $367.96 with a civil penalty of $50 to Vienna Walmart and sentenced to 60 days in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. A trespassing charge was dismissed under a plea agreement. Adkins also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $191.48 with a $309.74 civil penalty to Vienna Walmart. A registration violation was dismissed under a plea agreement. Adkins also pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.
* Pamela Jeanine Gum, 1351 Washington Gardens Circle, Apt. 6, Washington, pleaded guilty to no insurance and registration violation and assessed $612.96. Charges of no inspection and third-offense driving under suspension were dismissed under a plea agreement. Gum also pleaded guilty to third-offense driving under suspension, assessed $336.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail suspended for six months of unsupervised probation. Two no proof of insurance charges were dismissed under a plea agreement. Gum also pleaded guilty to third-offense driving under suspension, assessed $326.48 and sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation, to run consecutively.
* Ryan Seth Pittman, 216 Ranis Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $201.48 with a $598 civil penalty to Parkersburg Lowes. Pittman pleaded guilty to another shoplifting charge and assessed $201.48 with a $560.30 civil penalty to Vienna Walmart.
* Jessica Fay Parsons, 1062 River Hill Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on an obstruction charge. Bond was set at $2,500.
* Derrick Troy Burdette, 263 South Church St., Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Megan A. Treadway, 2515 Washington Blvd., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension, no insurance, improper registration and defective equipment and released on $500 bond.
* David Ray Johns, homeless, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and a fugitive from justice warrant from Washington County. Bond was set at $1,000.
* Danielle N. Anderson, 152 Little Addition Road, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of expired registration and expired inspection and released on $500 bond.
* Joseph S. Flanagan, 1711 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and released on $500 bond.
* James Jude Windland, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, battery of a police officer, domestic battery and child neglect and released on $2,500 bond.
* Lindsay Nichole Dye, 4812 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on driving under suspension and no seat belt charges and released on $500 bond.
* Timothy Lee Shaffer, 3646 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on $500 bond.
* Jacob Thomas Harris, 1015 18th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and a warrant for possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Claude James McElroy, 7641 Pike St., Lot 24, Mineral Wells, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of second-offense sex offender registration violation. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Samantha Josephine Somers, 165 Starlight Drive, Lot 30, Marietta, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $286.48 with a $1,486.72 civil penalty to Vienna Walmart.
* Dallas Wade Schmitt, 747 Glendale Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $201.48.
* Dakota Wayne McCune, 1335 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and assessed $211.48. A driving under suspension charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Chaz Joseph Richards, 1921 Nash St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to inhaling intoxicating compounds and obstruction with threats of harm, assessed $412.96 and sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of assault of government representative, health care provider, utility worker or law enforcement was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Dale Roger Thorn, 893 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and assessed $286.48.
* Randy Ray Moss, 1112 38th St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and assessed $186.48.
* Kyle Edward Piggott, 1334 Blennerhassett Heights Road, Washington, W.Va., had a destruction of property charge dismissed.
* James Andrew Craddock, 2150 White Oak Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and assessed $25.
* James Carl Hutson, 1319 16th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of no proof of insurance dismissed. Hutson pleaded guilty to a no inspection charge and assessed $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 5:
* Debbie Ann Oliver Craig Leek, 1490 Kingsridge Road, St. Marys, had two counts of violating a protective order dismissed as she had not been served with the protective order at the time of the violation.
* Ronald Todd Grimm, 4107 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, had two counts of violating a protective order dismissed as the state will pursue charges in Wood County Circuit Court.
* William Earl Crothers, 134 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $286.48. He had charges of going left of center, having no insurance and improper registration dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* James Michael Ashwell, 1414 Hazel St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $198.48 and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of 12 days served. Charges of shoplifting and obstruction with threats of harm were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jerry Wayne Seabolt, 4516 Cypress St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of third-offense driving under the influence. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* John Michael Sadler Jr., Parkersburg, had charges of domestic battery and battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Samantha Rae Hatch, 2705 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail, suspended for two years of unsupervised probation with six months at the Day Report Center.
* Shaun Michael Roby, 604 32nd St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, had a charge of shoplifting (trying to obtain an exchange or refund for something not purchased) dismissed.
* Paul Michael Staats Jr., Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue.
* Ashley Junelle Rollyson, 1002 East 12th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to prohibited person possessing a firearm, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Ronnie Lee Lockhart Jr., 717 29th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of breaking and entering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Leah Lynn Nicholson, 32 Heaters Fork Road, Burnsville, pleaded guilty to DUI, fined $351.48 and sentenced to 10 hours in jail which was ruled as time served. She had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed as part of a successful deferred sentence agreement. A charge of improper registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Christian Allen Rivera, 902 Williams Ave., Williamstown, had a charge of obstruction with threats of harm dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Amee Lynn Newbraugh, 1117 Fairmont Ave., Fairmont, had a charge of shoplifting dismissed.
* Jason Lee Allman, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $276.48.
* Cassandra Jane Curtis, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* Tristan Robert Francis, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.
* Twila Eva Thompson, 1013 18th St., Apt. C, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and having no insurance and released on bond.
* Levi Uriah Bills, 553 Sixth St., St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of speeding in a construction zone and driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jonathon Michael Loncala, 734 Lulu St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on bond.
* Jeffrey Lee Fulkerson, 2244 Pond Creek Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $1,500 bond.
* James Paul Smith Jr., 2212 36th St., Apt. 16, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Joceline Nichole Stephens, 2201 16th St., Apt. 6A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on $200 bond.
* Craig Michael Putnam, 512 Maple St., Parkerburg, was arraigned on charges of battery and conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Jason Ryan Stewart, 1815 Rockland Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of entering without breaking and held on a $25,000 surety bond.
* Kimberly Joyce Godbey, 2244 Pond Creek Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Shane Allen Wigal, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense domestic battery and shoplifting, less than $500, and released on a $750 surety bond.
