PARKERSBURG -- Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 3:
* Christian Allen Rivera, 731 Glendale Road, Apt. 9, Marietta, pleaded guilty to fleeing, second-offense driving under suspension and reckless driving, assessed $664.44 and sentenced to 90 days home confinement. Charges of motorcycle endorsement, no helmet, no insurance, fleeing in a vehicle and registration violation were dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Katlin Jean McMullen, 4114 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obtaining services by false pretenses and released on $1,000 bond.
* Ryan Willard Ewing, 1105 Merrick St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and released on $500 bond.
* Stephen Chaz Vansickle, 904 ½ Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. Bond was set at $40,000.
* Wesley Leonard-Jacob Anderson, 1349 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and transferring stolen property and released on $1,000 bond.
* Mathew Allen Paugh, 26 Rose St., Lot 40S, New Martinsville, was arraigned on a no insurance charge and released on $500 bond.
* James Michael Overton, 306 Beeman Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, no proof of insurance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $4,000 bond.
* Laron Christopher Beach, 125 Sun Valley Drive, Apt. C, Gallipolis, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence, less than 0.15 or drugs, and released on $3,000 bond.
* Jason Bryan Reed, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $5,000 bond.
* Heather Marie Hathaway, 119 Marie Lane, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on an obstruction charge and warrants for obstruction and assault on a law enforcement officer and released on $5,000 bond.
* Char Leigh Stout, 1119 19th St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Clinton Frederick Knotts, 1119 19th St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a second-offense shoplifting charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Shellie Diane Newlon, 1187 Ball School Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a second-offense charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Jason Lee Caplinger, homeless, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing, obstruction and failure to process. Bond was set at $2,500.
* Asa Garrett Hewett, 512 Marietta St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, shoplifting and obstruction. Bond was set at $1,000.
* Matthew Dean Cooper, 556 Blenn Lake Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Justin Ross Whited, 394 Horse Run Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to hunting or fishing without a license and assessed $196.48.
* Ethan Thomas Durochia, 75 Golden Field Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to traffic device violation and inspection violation and assessed $362.96.
* Robert H. Demeyer, 8632 Whispering Bluffs Lane, Cassville, Wisc., pleaded guilty to speeding in school zone and assessed $276.48.
* Travis Guy Nelson, 41 Coopers Cove, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48. An improper stopping charge was dismissed.
* Darryl D. Davis Jr., 508 14th Ave., Vienna, had a driving under suspension charge dismissed to allow him time to obtain a valid license.
* Derek Robert Chrisman, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a third-offense domestic assault or domestic battery charge. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Matthew Wayne Lewis, 113 Lucille Lane, Washington, had a preliminary hearing waived on a sex offender registry charge. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
