PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Grand Jury convened this week and handed down a total of 61 indictments charging 66 individuals.

Those indicted included:

* Dakota Ski Cross, 31, currently in custody of the North Central Regional Jail, and Clifford Goans Batten, 40, 3 Shell Circle, Belpre, were co defendants with Cross being indicted on charges of breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit a felony, petit larceny, conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor; obstructing an officer and fleeing from an officer from September 2025. Batten was indicted on charges of breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit a felony, petit larceny, conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor and obstructing an officer from September 2025.

* Austin Lee Bailey, 29, 1408 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on seven counts of fraudulent use of an access device from September 2024.

* Donald M. Bennett, 45, 11552 Stucky St. SE, Paris, Ohio, was indicted on third offense driving a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more, second offense driving while license was revoked for DUI, two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer and obstructing an officer from May 2025.

* Kiylee Paige Bennett, 22, 1743 7th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of second-offense battery on a health care worker and second offense battery of a law-enforcement officer from August 2025.

* Russell Brian Bibbee, 58, 239 Davisville Road, Davisville, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference, attempted malicious assault, battery of a law enforcement officer and failure to appear from October 2023 to May 2025.

* Calvin Vinton Bradley, 39, currently in custody of the Washington County Jail, was indicted on five counts of second-offense delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of second-offense conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance and second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from March 2025 to June 2025,

* Scott Leslie Brown, 56, 36 Petal St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of false pretenses and a fraudulent insurance act from August 2022 to May 2023.

* Taylor Nash Burge, 34, 27830 State Route 7, Marietta, was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from October 2025.

* Tasha June Compton, 44, 1500 25th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury and charges of possession of a controlled substance and first-offense shoplifting (less than $500) from August 2025.

* Jessica Lynn Crockett, 42, 115 Goff Hollow, Elizabeth, was indicted on charges of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, second-offense maintaining a dwelling for using, keeping or selling of controlled substances and child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury from August 2025,

* Auston Gaige Crouch, 30, 2216 36th St. Apt. T, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of false pretenses, financial exploitation of the elderly and forgery of a public record or certificate from June 2025 to July 2025.

* Curtis Leon Davis Jr., 52, 1500 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of robbery in the first degree, third-offense shoplifting and three counts of battery from November 2024.

* Charles Tom Davisson II, 65, NCRJ, was indicted on 31 counts of distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct from June 2025.

* Caleb Michael Decker AKA Caleb Michael Smith, 27, Stevens Correctional Center, was indicted on charges of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference, being a person prohibited from possessing a firearm, being a person prohibited from possessing a concealed firearm and possession of a controlled substance from August 2025.

* Charuss Edward Drummond, 28, NCRJ, was indicted on a charge of grand larceny from July 2025.

* Cameron Eugene Gray, 25, 500 13th St., Apt. 27, Parkersburg, was indicted on 10 counts of distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct from November 2024.

* Howard Warren Guinn, 55, 117 Locust St., Belpre, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from July 2025.

* Jessica Dawn Harris, 37, 1015 18th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of transporting a controlled substance onto the grounds of a jail and two counts of possession of a controlled substance from October 2025.

* Rhonda Kay Hill, 53, 4409 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of false pretenses and making false statements from October 2022 to September 2024.

* Julie Ann Hupp, 49, 1208 Blizzard Dr., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and second-offense maintaining a dwelling for using, keeping or selling of controlled substances from July 2025.

* Antoinette Lashelle Jones, 40, 610 Bellevue Ave., Akron, Ohio, was indicted on charges of false pretenses, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony from February 2024.

* Shanniah Cheyenne Kemp, 29, 1334 Spring St., Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury from September 2025.

* Tannikah Renae Kemp, 25, 403 13th St., Apt. C, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury from September 2025.

* Ellissa Rose Knight, 24, 1713 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury from August 2025.

* Joshua Vernon Knight, 41, NCRJ, was indicted on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and failure to appear from August 2025.

* Howard Robert Lauderman, 59, 1027 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of false pretenses from March 2023 to February 2024.

* Thomas Gale Little Jr., 35, 1407 Staunton Dr., St. Marys, was indicted on two counts of third-offense shoplifting and false pretenses from August 2025 to September 2025.

* Kioki Anthony Lizama, 59, 17 Millbrook Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on six counts of sexual assault in the third-degree, seven counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or person of trust and sexual abuse in the first degree from June 2023 to June 2024

* Lindsey Marie Lucas, 41, NCRJ, was indicted on a charge of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver

* Melissa Sue Matthews, 49, 65 Mountaineer Way, Williamstown, was indicted on charges of false pretenses and making false statements from January 2024 to December 2024.

* Tyler Andrew McCune, 33, 708 22nd St., Vienna, was indicted on seven counts of distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct from June 2025.

* Bryan Anthony Merritt, 43, 1780 Copperhead Road, Waverly, was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from October 2025.

* Mason Riley Moyer, 28, Salem Correctional Center, was indicted on charges of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, leaving the scene of a crash, driving a vehicle in an impaired state and driving a vehicle in an impaired state with a minor from August 2025.

* Cole Michael Murray, 20, 118 Greenbriar Lane, Davisville, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference, driving while a license was revoked (miscellaneous), having no proof of insurance and reckless driving from June 2025.

* Jackie Anne Nay, 37, 122 Shanon St., Mineral Wells, was indicted on a charge of third-offense shoplifting from August 2025.

* James Patrick Owens, 37, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of strangulation (two counts) domestic battery, brandishing a deadly weapon, domestic assault and violation of a protective order from July 2025.

* Nathaniel Ray Owens, 37, 914 Laverne St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and being a prohibited person in possession of a concealed firearm from May 2025.

* Michael Robert Parks, 40, 1026 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving while a license was revoked for DUI.

* Charales Carlyle Payne, 68, 50 Royal Gardens Court, Mineral Wells, was indicted on three counts of second-offense delivery of a controlled substance from August and September 2025 and two counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from September 2025.

* Dean Leroy Phillips, 47, 108 W. Spring St., Marietta, was indicted on one count of transporting a controlled substance onto the grounds of a jail and on count of possession of a controlled substance, all from July 2025.

* Raymond Eugene Preston Jr., 20, 2848 E. 11th Ave., Columbus, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, transportation of a controlled substance into the state and conspiracy to commit transportation of a controlled substance into the state, all from July 2025.

* Robert David Reaser, 44, Davisville, was indicted on charges of strangulation and domestic battery from August 2025.

* Edward Lamont Marvin Rodney Sipp Reed, 45, NCRJ, was indicted on five counts of delivery of a controlled substance from April through May 2025.

* Mark David Richard, 44, 186 Murphytown Circle, Davisville, was indicted on charges of breaking and entering, burglary, attempted petit larceny and destruction of property from September 2025.

* Bryce Jefferson Riggs, 20, 129 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference, driving while license revoked for miscellaneous reasons and no proof of insurance all from August 2025.

* Brenda Kay Roberts, 62, 504 15th Ave., Vienna, was indicted on a charge of third-offense shoplifting from August 2025.

* Ashley Junelle Rollyson, 40, 1002 E. 12th St., Parkersburg, and Michael Scott Welch, 35, 1107 29th St., Parkersburg, were indicted on a charge of conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from October 2025. Rollyson was also indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from October 2025.

* Frederick LLoyd Scott, 37, 2708 New York Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of false pretenses and fraudulent insurance act from May through June 2024.

* Jerry Wayne Seabolt, 54, P.O. Box 4685, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of second-offense driving while license revoked for DUI from April through October 2025. He was also indicted on charges of unlawful taking of a vehicle, fleeing from a police officer, both from April 2025, and third-offense driving a vehicle while in an impaired state from October 2025.

* Hailey Savannah Selmon, 25, Cody Jack Davis, 33, both of 1001 12th Ave., Vienna, and Michael Paul Smith, 41, 611 32nd St., Parkersburg, were named as co-defendants in an indictment. Selmon was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance from January 2025; delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from February 2025. Davis was indicted on a charge of second-offense conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from February 2025. Smith was indicted on two counts of second-offense conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from February and March 2025 and second-offense conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from March 2025.

* Ashton Brooke Shotwell, 37, 602 Hillcrest Terrace, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of transporting a controlled substance onto the grounds of a jail and possession of a controlled substance from April 2025.

* David Bryan Shuman, 62, 1006 Swann St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of attempted burglary from September 2025.

* Katrina Dyan Simons, 39, 12153 Gihon Road, Apt. A, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of false pretenses and false statements from May 2019 through March 2024.

* Howard E. Swiger, 42, NCRJ, and Latisha Burke, 35, 45669 Miller Road, Pomeroy, were indicted on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and conspiracy to commit a felony from September 2025.

* Timothy James Swiger, 43, 710 57th St., Vienna, was indicted on charges of false pretenses and false statements from December 2023 through November 2024.

* Tyler John Huffman Taulbee, 34, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of strangulation and domestic battery from September 2025.

* Demetrius Thompson, 56, 413 13th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm from July 2025.

* Jared Vandertoorn, 35, Beckley Correctional Center, was indicted on charges of escape and destruction of property from April 2025.

* Kerra Bryce Vicars, 45, Mineral Wells, was indicted on two counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of domestic assault from July 2025.

* Katherine Williams, 37, 2113 45th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on 10 counts of fraudulent use of an access device from July 2025.

* Misty Workman, 43, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of breaking and entering and petit larceny from November 2025.
